Money Forward aims to realize next-generation back-office services, centered on promoting the "AI Agent" and "AI Agent Platform" as outlined in the "Money Forward AI Vision 2025."
At Money Forward Consulting, we provide products such as "Manageboard" that support corporate growth and governance. Currently, we are in a phase of moving beyond simple operational efficiency to seriously address "advancing management decision-making using AI."

Specifically, we aim for "autonomous data utilization and decision support by AI agents" in the management control domain, and "automation of issue organizing and risk assessment" in the governance domain. We are seeking an AI Solution Engineer who understands both business and technology and can lead implementation to build solutions that transform the decision-making process for executives by combining our proprietary management data infrastructure with the latest AI technology.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for designing and developing AI-powered new features and solutions in the management control and corporate governance domains.

• Design and Development of AI Management Control:
  • Design and implementation of algorithms and applications (such as building RAG) that automate "organizing discussion points for each agenda," "presenting options," and "risk assessment" in board meetings and management meetings.
    Building logic for AI to provide advanced insights by integrating internal KPIs, HR information, and external market data.
    Building AI Agents:
• Development of functions where AI agents autonomously refer to and analyze financial data (PL/BS, etc.) and non-financial data to support the decision-making of users (executives and practitioners).
  • Creating environments and implementing data infrastructure integration so that AI can directly refer to and utilize data.
• Technical Realization of Business Requirements:
  • Proposing solutions using AI technology for high-level, abstract business challenges faced by executives and business heads (e.g., "wanting to speed up management decisions," "wanting to strengthen governance") and leading from prototyping to product implementation.
• Selection and Verification of Tech Stack:
  • Verifying and selecting Generative AI technologies such as LLMs and machine learning models, and incorporating them into products (Example tech stack: Kotlin, Python, AWS/GCP, BigQuery, etc.).

Expectations

While leading the development of AI agents in the management control domain, you are expected to lead the team and contribute directly to improving clients' operational efficiency and business growth.

Requirements

• Experience in the practical application of AI (from problem definition to AI solution selection, model consideration/development, and application to services).
• Experience and understanding of software development.
• Experience in leading or managing small-scale projects.
• Experience using cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  In addition to the above, experience in at least one of the following:
  • AI agent development experience.
  • Web service development experience utilizing AI services.
  • Experience in analysis and proposals based on an understanding of the business.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding and experience in corporate back-office operations such as accounting, finance, and HR.
• Deep understanding of software development in teams.
• Practical experience with LLMOps.
• AI development experience or development experience using AI tools

• PC Specs: The latest CPU-equipped PC (macOS or Windows) is provided. Custom orders based on business requirements and replacements with the latest OS are also possible.
