For those who wish to work in the Kansai area, we operate two development bases in Kyoto and Osaka to provide a comfortable working environment for everyone across the Kansai region. "Money Forward Cloud Accounting Plus" has been in service for five years and the number of users has been steadily increasing. Responsibilities and Duties You will be involved in the development of the business cloud service 'Money Forward Cloud Accounting Plus.' You will be responsible for developing a comfortable and user-friendly application, serving as a point of contact with users. ■ We would like to ask you to do the following: In the development of new features for 'Money Forward Cloud Accounting Plus,' you will be responsible for designing and developing a reliable and fast-processing backend. You will work with product managers and designers to quickly develop and deliver valuable features to customers. You will also handle maintenance tasks, such as responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting. ■ Current Challenges With the increase in customer usage scale, system load countermeasures and speed improvements have become important. We are currently working on performance tuning and reviewing the architecture in parallel with new development. ■ Development Environment Frontend development is done using Next.js / TypeScript, and backend development is done using Ruby on Rails / Ruby. 募集背景 マネーフォワードビジネスセグメント（以下、MFBS）では「ビジネスを前へ。働く人をもっと前へ。」というミッションを掲げ、デジタル化・クラウド化による業務の変革を通して、誰もがワクワクしながら働ける社会の実現を目指しています。 グループ全体では、Fintech領域を中心にAIはじめとする最新テクノロジーを活⽤したソリューションを展開しています。それらの事業基盤を活かすことで、⾮効率な企業経営を圧倒的に効率化し、「ビジネスを前へ。働く人をもっと前へ。」を目指しています。 今回、募集を行うBtoB事業のHR領域部署は、人事管理・勤怠管理・給与計算などの人事労務領域のクラウドサービスを提供する事業部で、今後もプロダクトラインナップを拡充し当社サービスが担う領域をさらに拡大させていく方針です。 プロダクトラインナップの拡充に応じて導入ユーザーの数や企業規模も拡大させることを狙っており、販売拡大につながるパートナー様と協業スキームの戦略、営業活動を実施しています。販売代理店や金融機関等と、深化をさせる「パートナーセールス」を募集しています。 ミッション パートナービジネスセールスとして、パートナー様と協業スキーム戦略策定や活動による、全国の中小企業様への価値提供を行います。 業務内容 【戦略立案】 パートナー様との協業戦略を自ら策定し、日本全国の中小企業のDX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）を最前線で推進していただきます。 【事業インパクト】 直販ではリーチできない数万社規模の企業に対し、パートナー様の強みを活かして一気にマネーフォワードビジネスセグメントの価値を広げる、非連続成長の鍵となる役割です。 ■詳細 ・販売代理店様、金融機関様等との関係構築及び、商談同行等の実施 ・勉強会の開催等により、弊社のクラウドサービスの認知活動 ・パートナーの新規開拓活動 本ポジションの魅力 ・弊社は直販を中心に成長をしてきました。今後、更なる非連続成長を続けていくためには、パートナー様と協業することで、より多くの企業様に価値提供をしていきたいと考えております。 そのため、本ポジションは、MFBSとして、非常に重要な役割を担うことになります。自身で考えた新しい取り組みをどんどん実行していただくことができます！ ・まだ小さい部署ではありますが、拡大している部署であるため、若いうちに新たなポジションに就くチャンスがあります。 ・パートナー様（金融機関様、販売代理店様）と一緒に協業することで生産性の高いセールス活動が可能です。 必須要件 ・マネーフォワードのMission・Vision・Valueへの共感 ・IT商材・無形商材（もしくはそれに類する商材）の営業経験 ・地方出張が可能な方 あると望ましいスキル・経験 ・金融機関やSIer、大手販売代理店とのアライアンス経験やリレーション構築経験をお持ちの方 ・エンタープライズ領域またはパートナーセールスとしての営業経験 ・SaaS業界でのセールス経験 ・HRやERPプロダクトに関する知識 こんな方に仲間になってほしい ・マネーフォワードのMission/Vision/Valueへ共感して頂ける方 ・No.1 SaaSセグメントを一緒に作りたいと思ってくれる方 ・チームワークを大切にし、優秀なメンバーと共に新しい価値を作りたいと考えている方 参考情報 ■マネーフォワード公式note（最新のトピックスや、社員インタビュー、公開社内報など） ■マネーフォワードビジネスセグメント公式note（プロダクト詳細や、社員インタビューなど） ■マネーフォワードビジネスセグメントプロダクトサイト 続きを見る
