Review and improve existing API tests Define test strategies for API testing and drive continuous improvement Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines Unique Experience Gained Lead collaborative development, design reviews, and post-mortems with our international teams. QA Engineer, Money Forward Cloud, Fukuoka

Since then, many engineers, designers, and interns have joined, and the base has been steadily growing. In late November 2020, we moved to a new location to further expand the development base, and we are actively recruiting engineers and designers. At the Fukuoka development base, with the concept of "Move Forward," we aim to be a place that values growth opportunities for our members and encourages them to boldly take on various challenges. Money Forward provides services that solve financial issues through technology. At the Fukuoka base, we develop and operate "Money Forward Cloud Expense" and "Money Forward Cloud Accounts Payable," which are core services of Money Forward offered to sole proprietors and corporations. Additionally, we are developing "Money Forward Pay for Business" a platform that promotes cashless transactions in the business domain by providing business cards and other services. As we continue to add new products and features, rapid development and quality assurance to satisfy our customers have become urgent needs. While speed is being ensured through Agile development, quality assurance in short cycles is still a work in progress, and we are continuously improving through trial and error. As the number of product users increases and the organization expands, we are seeking someone who can drive product quality improvement as a QA engineer. Job Responsibilities You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including building and executing test strategies in the ERP domain of the back-office SaaS "Money Forward Cloud," as well as project management operations. Since then, we have expanded our product lineup and now offer seven products in the HR domain. As the number of product users increases and the organisation expands, improving product quality has become an urgent priority. As such, we are looking for a QA Manager to push forward the following initiatives: Strengthening quality assurance: Develop and execute strategies to improve product quality. Currently, we have multiple QA Engineers assigned to each product in the HR domain to perform quality assurance tasks, but with the rapid growth of our business and organisation, the globalisation of our development organisation, and the launch of new products, improvements are needed from a quality perspective. In particular, due to insufficient resources being allocated to improvement activities, the lead time for turning improvement proposals into processes and executing them is becoming longer, and mid- to long-term process improvements tend to be sidelined, resulting in insufficient quality improvement efforts. If this situation continues, there is a high risk of frequent quality issues in the future, which could lead to a decline in customer satisfaction and damage to the brand image. In order to strengthen the foundation of quality management and promote sustainable improvement activities, we are looking for someone who are skilled in process improvement and standardisation and can strongly promote improvement through an objective analysis of issues in the entire HR field, including collaboration with stakeholders in other departments and within the department itself. This role is expected to lead the improvement of quality throughout the organisation and contribute to medium- to long-term success. Main Responsibilities You will be responsible for formulating and executing QA strategies for the HR Product Development Department, with a focus on process improvement from upstream to downstream.
