この5日間のインターンシップは、問題解決、クリティカルシンキング、チームワークに重点を置いています。プログラムは期ごとに、人事、データ活用、ビジネスインテリジェンス、プロダクト＆ネットワークといった専門分野に分かれており、参加者はONE DEJIMAのプロフェッショナルから直接指導を受けながら、実務に即した課題解決の機会を得ることができます。

ディビジョン概要

• 「Data-Driven Enterprise - DDE」ONEは意思決定プロセスや業務運営の中心にデータを据え、データ分析とそこから得られるインサイトに基づいて行動すべくプロジェクトを実施中です。ONEDEJIMA社員はメンバーとしてこのプロジェクトに加わっています。
• 「Human Resources - HR」全世界に派遣されている人財の人事関連業務、採用業務全般の管理、キャリア開発プログラム、労務管理、国内・海外のインターンシップや産学連携のサポートなどを行います。
• 「Business Intelligence - BI」グローバル海運会社の最適な航路設定や各国セールス活動のためのマーケットインテリジェンスや市場調査・分析業務などを行います。
• 「Product & Network - P&N」FLEET MANAGEMENT 船隊整備の基礎となる本船のパフォーマンス評価に必要なデータのメンテナンス解析。NETWORK 管理ONEの航路網を支えるアライアンスパートナーとのコンテナスロット（スペース）の精算。

The 5-day internship Program focuses on problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork. Each program batch focuses on a specialized domain - Human Resources, Data-Driven Enterprise, Business Intelligence, and Product & Network providing participants with hands-on problem-solving opportunities under the guidance of ONE DEJIMA Professionals.

Division Overview

[Data-Driven Enterprise (DDE)]: Integrate data into the core of business operations and decision-making, execute projects using data analysis to generate actionable insights, and support enterprise-wide data initiatives.

[Human Resources (HR)]: Manage comprehensive human resources operations for ONE's global workforce, oversee recruitment, career development, and labor relations activities, and coordinate internship programs and collaboration between industry and academia.

[Business Intelligence (BI)]: Conduct in-depth market intelligence, research, and analysis to optimize vessel deployment and route planning, and provide strategic insight to support global sales and marketing activities.

[Product & Network (P&N)] Analyze vessel performance data to ensure optimal fleet operations (Fleet Management), and manage slot allocation and alliance partnership that support ONE's global shipping network (Network Management).
