IT strategy planning and execution: Formulate IT strategies based on business challenges and drive implementation Requirement definition and design: Understand business needs, define system requirements, and propose efficient solutions Project management: Oversee system development projects, including schedule, cost, and resource management Vendor management: Strengthen development and operational capabilities through collaboration with external vendors Business process improvement: Analyze and improve operations to support optimal system implementation <Market Intelligence (Research & Analysis)> As a member of the Market Intelligence team, which gathers and analyzes information critical to decision-making at ONE, you will be responsible for: Collecting and managing external and procurement-related data Gathering and organizing information to support cargo collection strategies Analyzing industry and commodity trends to support strategic planning Conducting competitive analysis As a member of the "Data Driven Project," you will help teams across the global ONE Group use data to improve decision-making and enhance performance. Responsibilities include: Building and executing KPI-driven business frameworks Formulating and documenting data strategies with ONE Measuring project impact and proposing improvements Optimizing data and BI infrastructure based on Google platforms Introducing new data technologies and proposing improvements to data architecture Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to define technical requirements Overseeing development processes and policies Implementing KPI management and performance measurement systems across end-to-end processes Assignments will be determined based on your experience, skills, and preferences.
