Job Summary
You will primarily be responsible for International Mobility operations, supporting personnel assigned overseas by Ocean Network Express (ONE) across our global network. This role involves managing the end-to-end HR processes for international assignees and ensuring smooth global transitions.
Key Responsibilities
●Mobility Management: Oversee administrative procedures for global transfers and manage international benefit programs and policies.
●Labor Management: Handle labor-related tasks, including the administration of Japanese social security systems for assignees.
●Process Improvement: Continuously improve and standardize HR workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
●HR Support: Provide general support across various HR functions as needed.

| 勤務時間 | Working Hours Hours: 9:00 – 18:00 (Standard). Flextime: 7:00 – 22:00. Includes occasional night meetings (JST) due to global operations. Strategic use of flextime is required to prevent long hours. |

| Required Experience and Skills | Minimum Qualifications ●HR Experience: Approximately 2+ years of professional experience in Human Resources. ●Labor Relations Knowledge: Fundamental knowledge or hands-on experience in payroll, social insurance, and employee benefits. ●Language: Comfortable communicating in English (daily collaboration with global stakeholders). ●Communication: Ability to work collaboratively and build rapport with internal and external partners. ●IT Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and document preparation. Preferred Qualifications ●Practical experience in payroll processing, social insurance procedures, or benefits administration. ●Experience working in a professional environment using English.
