Role Summary：
We are looking for a PMO / Scrum Master to support the governance and execution of our global Data & Analytics initiatives.
This role will work closely with Product Owners, Technical Architecture teams, and business stakeholders to facilitate Agile delivery, coordinate cross-functional activities, and support key global programs. The successful candidate will play an important role in driving collaboration across teams, improving project visibility, and ensuring effective execution of large-scale initiatives.
In addition, the role will support major global events such as Program Increment (PI) Planning and Global Process Management activities.
You will play a foundational role in ONE DEJIMA’s evolution into a Global Data Consulting Hub, providing high-level Program Management support similar to top-tier external consultancies.
Key Responsibilities：
●Agile Delivery & Scrum Master Support
・Serve as Scrum Master for Data & Analytics teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
・Support teams in adopting Agile best practices and continuously improving ways of working
・Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to identify and remove delivery impediments
・Monitor team progress and support predictable delivery of commitments
・Act as a SAFe framework advocate and trainer, been able to develop and deliver SAFe training sessions to upskill Data & Analytics related teams
●PMO & Project Governance
・Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and key milestones across multiple workstreams
・Maintain project reporting, dashboards, and governance documentation
・Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment among stakeholders
・Support issue resolution and escalation management where required
・Cross-Functional Coordination
・Coordinate activities across Product Owners, Technical Architecture teams, Global Process Management teams, and other stakeholders
・Drive communication and alignment across global and regional teams
・Support planning and execution of strategic initiatives within the Data & Analytics organization
●Global Event & Planning Support
・Coordinate logistics and planning activities for global Program Increment planning events, Data & Analytics programs, as well as specific teams events
・Manage schedules, meeting materials, action tracking, and follow-up activities
・Support stakeholder communications and ensure readiness of participants before major events

| Required Experience and Skills | Mandatory Requirements ・Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline ・3+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery roles ・Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment ・Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills ・Business-level English with the ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively with global stakeholders Preferred Requirements ・Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent project management certification ・Experience with Agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum and SAFe ・Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar collaboration tools ・Experience supporting data, analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise technology organizations ・Experience in the logistics, shipping, or transportation industry is a plus ・Conversational to Business-level Japanese |
