Job Overview
This position supports charter party contracts and vessel operation-related tasks for the container ships operated by our parent company, ONE.
You will be responsible for coordinating with shipowners and brokers to handle vessel maintenance, repairs, schedule adjustments, and cost negotiations. The role plays a key part in enhancing operational efficiency and protecting the company’s profitability.
・Coordination with stakeholders such as shipowners and brokers
・Planning of vessel maintenance and repairs
・Management of costs and contract terms
・Research and reporting on market information
・Reviewing invoices and other documentation, and providing support to the team
・Assignment will be determined based on your experience, skills, and preferences.

| Required Experience and Skills | Required (MUST): Bachelor’s degree or higher Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment (including coordination, collaboration, and active listening with stakeholders) 1–3 years of practical experience in chartering or vessel operations Preferred (WANT): Experience in the logistics or maritime industry Experience working on projects involving multinational teams or overseas offices Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English |
