We, ONE DEJIMA Co., Ltd., were established in Nagasaki in 2023 as a strategic hub of Ocean Network Express (ONE), a global shipping company ranked sixth in the world by fleet capacity.
Currently, we serve as a centralized partner to ONE’s headquarters in Singapore, undertaking and consolidating mission-critical corporate functions such as agency accounting, global HR, market analysis, and vessel operations support. Since commencing operations in May 2024, the scope of our services has expanded rapidly. We are now evolving beyond a traditional business process outsourcing model and striving to establish ourselves as a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) organization that supports global management through advanced expertise and insight.

職務概要
親会社であるONEの事業において、世界各地に広がる代理店網（現地法人・代理店）の会計ガバナンスおよび決算オペレーションを担う業務です。
単なる記帳業務に留まらず、各拠点の収支やキャッシュフローの「適正さ」を長崎からモニタリングし、不透明なコストの削減や回収プロセスの効率化、さらにはグローバルな会計基盤の標準化に向けた施策を検討・実行します。
・世界各拠点の売上・入出金管理および月次決算における数値の精査・調整
・未回収金の解消や支払案件の適正化に向けた、海外拠点および金融機関との直接調整
・外部委託先（BPO等）のパフォーマンス管理と、会計業務の品質向上に向けた改善推進

Business Overview:
Our work, as described above, is not merely the execution of standardized, routine tasks (BPO). Rather, we operate as KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing), leveraging deep expertise to support management decision-making and taking full responsibility for advanced functions such as agency accounting, global human resources, and market analysis.
From this fiscal year onward, we are shifting toward further expansion by capitalizing on the global-standard operational capabilities we have cultivated through ONE’s back-office functions. By fully scaling our contract-based services for a wide range of companies both in Japan and overseas, we aim to become a professional organization that supports business across more than 120 countries worldwide—starting from Nagasaki, the birthplace of maritime business.

Job Overview:
This role is responsible for accounting governance and financial closing operations for the global network of agents (local subsidiaries and agencies) across ONE’s worldwide operations.Rather than being limited to routine bookkeeping, the team monitors the appropriateness of each location’s profitability and cash flow from Nagasaki, identifies and reduces opaque costs, improves collection processes, and plans and executes initiatives to standardize the global accounting platform.
・Reviewing and adjusting revenue, cash receipts/payments, and figures used in monthly closing processes across global locations
・Directly coordinating with overseas offices and financial institutions to resolve outstanding receivables and ensure the appropriateness of payment transactions
・Managing the performance of external service providers (such as BPO vendors) and driving continuous improvements to enhance the quality of accounting operations
・Specific responsibilities will be determined based on your experience, skills, and preferences.
Specifically You will start with the following responsibilities and gradually expand your scope over time.
■ Accounting and Financial Closing Operations
・Managing and reviewing revenue, cash receipts, and payments across global locations
・Checking figures, confirming balances, and performing adjustments as part of the monthly closing process
・Following up on outstanding receivables and payment cases, and coordinating with relevant departments
・Responding to inquiries related to bank transfers and receipts, and liaising with financial institutions
■ Coordination and Collaboration with Global Offices
・Coordinating day-to-day operations with overseas offices and related departments via email and online meetings
・Tracking progress and following up on issues related to agency accounting to ensure timely resolution
・Managing external service providers (such as BPO vendors) and driving process improvements
■ Process Improvement and Project Support
・Identifying issues in accounting and operational processes and proposing improvements
・Supporting testing and operations during the introduction of new systems or workflows
・Contributing to the standardization of operations and the development of manuals
・Participating in projects aimed at improving, standardizing, and reforming accounting processes
