Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for client communication, coordination, and operational management with overseas outsourcing partners in providing accounting and back-office BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services for corporate clients with overseas bases.
This position goes beyond simple routine operations; you will drive global business operations by coordinating between clients and vendors while managing service quality and progress.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP): Managing accounts payable and expense payment operations.
Credit Card & Payment Management: Processing credit card settlements and managing payments.
Accounts Receivable (AR): Managing accounts receivable.
Contract Management: Handling contract administration and monitoring.
Asset & Cash Management: Managing corporate assets and cash flow.
Payroll: Managing payroll calculations and payment-related operations.
Closing & Reporting: Conducting monthly/annual financial closings and preparing various financial reports.
Audit & Tax Support: Assisting with audit readiness and tax filing support.
Other Duties: Handling miscellaneous accounting and back-office related tasks.

| Required Experience and Skills | 【MUST】 Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. Language: Business-level English communication skills (including email correspondence and conducting meetings). Experience: Practical experience in accounting or back-office related operations. 【WANT】 Industry Experience: Experience in the BPO, SSC (Shared Services Center), or outsourcing industry. Sector Experience: Experience in the logistics or shipping/maritime industry. Global Coordination: Experience in business coordination and liaison with overseas stakeholders. Teamwork: Strong communication skills to drive operations forward collaboratively within a team. Interpersonal Skills: Cooperative mindset and active listening skills to facilitate smooth coordination and verification with stakeholders. |
