現在、シンガポールのONE本社より、代理店会計、グローバル人事、マーケット分析、船舶運航のサポートなど、経営の核となる管理業務を受託・集約しています。2024年5月の事業開始以来、受託範囲は急速に拡大しており、私たちは今、単なる業務代行の枠を超え、高度な専門性と知見でグローバル経営を支える「ナレッジ・プロセス・アウトソーシング（KPO）」としての地位を確立しようとしています。

We, ONE DEJIMA Co., Ltd., were established in Nagasaki in 2023 as a strategic hub of Ocean Network Express (ONE), a global shipping company ranked sixth in the world by fleet capacity.

Currently, we serve as a centralized partner to ONE’s headquarters in Singapore, undertaking and consolidating mission-critical corporate functions such as agency accounting, global HR, market analysis, and vessel operations support. Since commencing operations in May 2024, the scope of our services has expanded rapidly. We are now evolving beyond a traditional business process outsourcing model and striving to establish ourselves as a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) organization that supports global management through advanced expertise and insight.

私たちの業務は、前述の通り単なる定型業務の代行（BPO）ではありません。専門性を駆使して経営の意思決定を支える「KPO（Knowledge Process Outsourcing）」として、代理店会計、グローバル人事、マーケット分析などの高度な業務を一手に担っています。
今年度からは、ONEのバックオフィス機能で培った「グローバル水準のオペレーション力」を武器に、さらなる領域拡大へと舵を切ろうとしています。国内外の様々な企業を対象とした受託業務を本格化させ、長崎という海運ビジネスの原点から世界120カ国以上のビジネスを支えるプロフェッショナル集団を目指しています。

職務概要

本ポジションは、親会社（ONE）が運航する約300隻のコンテナ船から届くリアルタイムデータ、Noon Reportの管理および、解析担当者のバックアップ業務を担当します。

・データ欠損の発見および対応： 船舶から定期的に送られてくるデータの受信状況を確認し、欠損がある場合は原因（受信経路の不具合等）を特定・調整します。
・データの妥当性確認・修正： 燃料消費量などのデータが「0」になっている等の異常値（エラー）を見つけ、正しい値への修正や整理を行います。
・解析業務のバックアップ： 整理したデータを基に、現任の解析担当者の指示に従って解析結果の出力補助やレポート作成のサポートを行います。

具体的には

以下のような業務からスタートし、段階的に幅を広げていただきます。

■データ欠損の検知・調整
船舶から定期的に送られてくるデータの受信状況をモニタリング。
・データに欠損がある場合は受信経路の不具合等の原因を特定し、本船へのフォローアップ及び関係部署と連携してデータの整理を行います。

■データの妥当性確認・修正
本船のデータ（燃料消費量や巡航速度等）に異常値（エラー）がないかを精査。
・単なる修正作業で終わらせず、「なぜこのエラーが起きたのか」というパターンの抽出を行い、データの精度を高めるための仕組みづくりに貢献します。

■解析業務のバックアップとレポーティング
整理したデータを基に、解析担当者と連携してパフォーマンス分析結果の出力や、シンガポール本社向けのレポート作成をサポート。
・定型的なレポーティング作業をITツール等で効率化・自動化する提案も積極的に行っていただきます。

Business Overview:
Our work, as described above, is not merely the execution of standardized, routine tasks (BPO). Rather, we operate as KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing), leveraging deep expertise to support management decision-making and taking full responsibility for advanced functions such as agency accounting, global human resources, and market analysis.
From this fiscal year onward, we are shifting toward further expansion by capitalizing on the global-standard operational capabilities we have cultivated through ONE’s back-office functions. Job Overview:

This position is responsible for managing real-time data and Noon Reports received from approximately 300 container vessels operated by our parent company, Ocean Network Express (ONE), as well as providing backup support to the analytics team.

Identification and Resolution of Missing Data:
Monitor the receipt status of data regularly transmitted from vessels. When missing data is detected, identify and address the root cause (e.g., transmission issues).
Data Validation and Correction:
Detect anomalies (such as fuel consumption recorded as “0”) and ensure data is corrected and properly reconciled to maintain accuracy.
Analytical Support:
Based on the validated data, support the current analytics team by assisting with output generation and report preparation in accordance with their instructions.
Responsibilities and scope will be determined based on your experience, skills, and career aspirations. Specifically ：

You will start with the following responsibilities and gradually expand your scope over time:
■ Detection and Resolution of Missing Data
Monitor the receipt status of data regularly transmitted from vessels.

When data gaps are identified, investigate the root causes (e.g., transmission issues), follow up with the vessel, and collaborate with relevant departments to reconcile and organize the data.

■ Data Validation and Correction
Review vessel data (such as fuel consumption and cruising speed) to identify any anomalies or errors.
Rather than simply correcting inaccuracies, you will analyze error patterns to understand why they occurred and contribute to building mechanisms that enhance overall data accuracy and reliability.

■ Analytical Support and Reporting
Work closely with analysts to generate performance analysis outputs based on validated data and support the preparation of reports for the Singapore headquarters.

You will also be encouraged to proactively propose improvements, including streamlining and automating routine reporting processes through IT tools and digital solutions.
