オーシャン・ネットワーク・エクスプレス（ONE）は日本の海運大手3社（日本商船、商船三井、川崎汽船）がコンテナ事業を統合し、シンガポールを拠点に設立されました。
当社はONE本社から管理業務の一部を受託するため、日本の海運の原点ともいえる長崎の地に2023年に設立され、2024年5月に事業を開始いたしました。
当社はシンガポールのONE本社より管理業務の一部を受託しております。受注の業務範囲は代理店制度会計、代理店管理会計、グローバル人事、マーケット分析等多岐にわたります。今後さらなる業務拡大が予定されており、「長崎から世界を支える。」ためのメンバーを募集しております。

Ocean Network Express (ONE) was established in Singapore through the integration of the container shipping businesses of three major Japanese shipping companies: NYK Line, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, and Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha.
To support ONE’s headquarters, our company was founded in Nagasaki in 2023—a location symbolic of the origins of Japan’s maritime industry—and began operations in May 2024.
We are entrusted by ONE headquarters in Singapore with a range of administrative functions, including agency accounting, management accounting, global HR, and market analysis. With plans for further expansion, we are now looking for team members who will help us "Enpowering global business from Nagasaki."

・採用業務全般の管理及び実施：新卒・中途の採用プロセス構築及びオペレーション
・キャリア開発プログラムなどのプログラム構築及びチームとの連携
・国内・海外のインターンシップ企画・実施・サポート
・オンボーディング（新卒・キャリア採用向け）/オフボーディングの手続きの実施及び合理化
・若手スタッフの教育・指導
（２）ONEグループ全体の人事異動のサポート業務
・ONEグループ全体の採用及び人事異動に関する業務実施及び連携
・人事異動におけるビザや許可証の手続きの実行とサポート
・従業員やその家族の住居の異動におけるサポート
・駐在員向けの報酬や福利厚生の管理
・日本の労働法に基づくポリシーの運用と管理
・海外駐在員における、日本の社会保障制度等の運用を含めた労務管理

＜代理店 制度会計＞
ONEの現地法人や代理店の収支管理、経理関連業務を担当します。
・各拠点の収支管理、与信管理及びリスク評価
・各拠点の情報を定期的に収集し、グローバル本部(GHQ)に取りまとめ報告書の作成
・ONEの代理店網の収支管理、与信管理についてグローバル本部(GHQ)の業務をサポートする
＜代理店 管理会計＞
ONEの現地法人や代理店のネットワーク管理・構築、経理関連業務を担当します。
・ 各拠点の定例業務、業務プロセスの調整
・ 各拠点の情報を定期的に収集し、グローバル本部(GHQ)に取りまとめ報告書の作成
・ ONEの代理店網の収支管理 (予実管理等)についてグローバル本部(GHQ)の業務をサポートする
ビジネスサポート系職種
＜ITコンサルタント＞
親会社であるONEのビジネス課題をITを活用して解決することを目的とし、IT戦略の策定からシステム導入までの全体支援を行います。具体的には、業務改善に向けた課題のヒアリング、システム要件定義、設計、開発サポートを中心に、プロジェクトの上流工程に携わり、ONEの持続可能な成長に貢献します。
・IT戦略の立案・実行支援: ONEのビジネス課題に基づいたIT戦略を策定し、導入プロセスを推進
・システム要件定義・設計: 業務要件の把握およびシステム要件の定義を行い、効率的かつ効果的なソリューションを提案
・プロジェクトマネジメント: システム開発プロジェクトの進行管理、スケジュール・コスト・リソース管理を担当
・ベンダー管理: 外部ベンダーとの協業により、開発および運用体制を強化
・業務プロセス改善支援: 業務プロセスの分析・改善を行い、最適なシステム導入をサポート
＜Market Intelligence（市場調査、分析）＞
親会社であるONEの重要な意思決定に必要な情報収集、分析を行うマーケット・インテリジェンス部門にて、以下業務の管理をお任せいたします。
・外部及び購買データの取りまとめ、データ管理
・集荷政策立案に資する情報の収集及び取りまとめ
・産業やCommodityに関する施策立案のための情報分析
・競合他社情報分析
＜Data Driven Enterprise＞
ONEグループ内の世界中のチームがデータを活用し、意思決定の改善、パフォーマンス向上の実現に向けた"データドリブンプロジェクト"のメンバーとして、以下の業務をお任せいたします。
・KPI Driven Businessのフレームワークの構築と実行
・ONEとのデータ戦略の策定および資料化
・プロジェクトの効果測定と改善提案
・Googleベースのデータ基盤およびBI基盤の最適化
・新しいデータ技術やトレンドの導入とデータアーキテクチャの改善提案
・組織全体のステークホルダーとの連携と技術的要件の策定
・開発プロセスおよびポリシーの監督・管理
・End-to-EndプロセスのKPI管理と効果測定システムの導入

Based on your experience and skills, you will be assigned to one or more of the following roles:
Corporate Roles
(1) Internal HR Operations and Talent Development
Managing and executing recruitment activities: designing and operating both new graduate and mid-career hiring processes
Developing and implementing career development programs in collaboration with relevant teams
Planning, executing, and supporting internship programs in Japan and overseas
Executing and streamlining onboarding (for new graduates and mid-career hires) and offboarding procedures
Coaching and training junior staff
(2) Support for HR Transfers within the ONE Group
Supporting recruitment and HR transfers across the entire ONE Group
Handling visa and permit procedures related to employee relocations
Supporting relocation arrangements for employees and their families
Managing expatriate compensation and benefits
Administering and managing HR policies based on Japanese labor laws
Managing labor-related matters for Japanese expatriates, including social security system administration
Note: Only a portion of the above services are currently handled in-house.
<Agency – Financial Accounting>
Responsible for the management of revenue and expenses, as well as accounting tasks for ONE’s local subsidiaries and agents.
Oversee financial performance, credit control, and risk assessment at each location
Collect data regularly from each office and compile reports for the Global Headquarters (GHQ)
Support GHQ with the financial and credit management of ONE’s agency network
<Agency – Management Accounting>
Responsible for network operations and accounting tasks for ONE’s local subsidiaries and agents.
Coordinate routine operations and business processes at each location
Collect data regularly from each office and compile reports for the Global Headquarters (GHQ)
Support GHQ with performance management (e.g., budget vs actual) of ONE’s agency network
Business Support Roles
This role supports the parent company, ONE, by addressing business challenges through IT—from IT strategy development to system implementation. You will be involved in the upstream phases of projects, including problem analysis, requirement definition, design, and development support, contributing to the sustainable growth of ONE.
IT strategy planning and execution: Formulate IT strategies based on business challenges and drive implementation
Requirement definition and design: Understand business needs, define system requirements, and propose efficient solutions
Project management: Oversee system development projects, including schedule, cost, and resource management
Vendor management: Strengthen development and operational capabilities through collaboration with external vendors
Business process improvement: Analyze and improve operations to support optimal system implementation
<Market Intelligence (Research & Analysis)>
As a member of the Market Intelligence team, which gathers and analyzes information critical to decision-making at ONE, you will be responsible for:
Collecting and managing external and procurement-related data
Gathering and organizing information to support cargo collection strategies
Analyzing industry and commodity trends to support strategic planning
Conducting competitive analysis
As a member of the "Data Driven Project," you will help teams across the global ONE Group use data to improve decision-making and enhance performance. Responsibilities include:
Building and executing KPI-driven business frameworks
Formulating and documenting data strategies with ONE
Measuring project impact and proposing improvements
Optimizing data and BI infrastructure based on Google platforms
Introducing new data technologies and proposing improvements to data architecture
Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to define technical requirements
Overseeing development processes and policies
Implementing KPI management and performance measurement systems across end-to-end processes
Assignments will be determined based on your experience, skills, and preferences.
