私たちONEDEJIMA株式会社は、世界第6位の船腹量を誇る海運企業「Ocean Network Express（ONE）」の戦略的拠点として、2023年に長崎に設立しました。
現在、シンガポールのONE本社より、代理店会計、グローバル人事、マーケット分析、船舶運航のサポートなど、経営の核となる管理業務を受託・集約しています。2024年5月の事業開始以来、受託範囲は急速に拡大しており、私たちは今、単なる業務代行の枠を超え、高度な専門性と知見でグローバル経営を支える「ナレッジ・プロセス・アウトソーシング（KPO）」としての地位を確立しようとしています。

[Background of Recruitment]
We, ONE DEJIMA Co., Ltd., were established in Nagasaki in 2023 as a strategic hub of Ocean Network Express (ONE), a global shipping company ranked sixth in the world by fleet capacity.

Currently, we serve as a centralized partner to ONE’s headquarters in Singapore, undertaking and consolidating mission-critical corporate functions such as agency accounting, global HR, market analysis, and vessel operations support. Since commencing operations in May 2024, the scope of our services has expanded rapidly. We are now evolving beyond a traditional business process outsourcing model and striving to establish ourselves as a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) organization that supports global management through advanced expertise and insight.

業務内容

グローバル人事関連業務、代理店制度会計・管理会計、IT/データドリブン・業務改善支援。マーケットリサーチ・ビジネスインテリジェンスなどの幅広い業務に携わりながら、専門性を養うポジションです。

キャリアパス

　　配属についてはご自身の経験や能力・希望・会社の状況に応じ総合的に決定します。入社後3∼5年の業務を通じて海運及び物流の基礎を学びながらご自身の専門性を高めていただきます。1つの業務領域を経験し、その分野のエキスパートとなるだけでなく、2つ以上の領域に跨り専門性を備えることで、複数領域において専門性を発揮できるπ（パイ）型人材を目指します。
　　将来的にOcean Network Express (ONE)本社（シンガポール）や地域本社である Regional Headquarters (RHQ) (シンガポール、ロンドン、リッチモンド、サンパウロ、香港、U.A.E）へ出向の可能性もあり、グローバルに活躍いただけます。

• 学部生 ：2027年3月までに大学卒業見込み（2026年9月卒業見込み含む）
• 大学院生 ：2027年3月までに大学卒業見込み（2026年9月卒業見込み含む）、 かつ職務経験のない方に限ります
• 社会人経験をお持ちの方 ：職務経験のある大学院生の方は、 本選考（新卒枠）の対象外 となります。中途採用（キャリア採用）またはオープンポジションよりご応募ください。

Job Overview

　　This position involves engaging in a wide range of duties, including global Human Resources, Agency Management and Accounting, IT/Data-Driven Enterprise, Market Research, and Business Intelligence--with the aim of cultivating specialized expertise. Specific duties will be determined based on one’s own skills, aptitudes, and the company’s current operational needs.

Career Path

　　Initial career paths and department assignments will be comprehensively determined based on one’s experience, capabilities, preferences, and the company’s situation. Over the first three to five years, one will enhance their specialization while acquiring foundational knowledge of the shipping and logistics industries. The goal is not only to develop expertise in a single primary business area and become a specialist, but also to aim for a π-shaped talent model-- possessing specialization across two or more domains to allow for effective contribution in multiple fields.
　　There is a future possibility of being seconded to the Ocean Network Express (ONE) Headquarters in Singapore or to one of the Regional Headquarters (RHQs) (Singapore, London, Richmond, Sao Paulo, Hong Kong, U.A.E.), allowing for a truly global career.

Eligibility

• Undergraduate Students : Expected to graduate by March 2027 (including September 2026 graduates).
• Graduate Students : Expected to graduate by March 2027 (including September 2026 graduates) with no prior professional work experience .
