Job Summary
ONE DEJIMA is strengthening its HR function as the organization continues to grow as a global KPO supporting international businesses.
We are seeking an HR Generalist who can work across multiple HR domains and play a key role in supporting organizational growth. The successful candidate will contribute to the organization through performance management operations, recruitment support, university relations, and HR operations, working closely with internal stakeholders to enhance HR processes and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management
●Manage and operate the performance evaluation system using HR platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
●Monitor evaluation process progress and conduct follow-ups as needed.
●Review evaluation results to ensure quality and provide support to managers and employees.
●Organize and analyze evaluation data and assist in preparing reports for management and HR leadership.
●Support improvements to the performance management framework and talent management initiatives.
2.University Relations & Academic Collaboration
●Build and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions.
Plan and implement internship programs and initiatives for students.
●Develop networks connecting students, academic institutions, and the company.
3.HR Operations
●Manage HR data and process HR-related administrative procedures.
●Provide operational support to the HR team and assist with process improvement initiatives.
4.Recruitment Support
●Support recruitment activities, including job description preparation, recruitment process coordination, and interview scheduling.
●Organize, manage, and analyze recruitment data.
●Assist in improving recruitment processes and operations.

| 勤務時間 | Working Hours Hours: 9:00 – 18:00 (Standard). Flextime: 7:00 – 22:00. Includes occasional night meetings (JST) due to global operations. Strategic use of flextime is required to prevent long hours. |

| Required Experience and Skills | Required Qualifications ●Practical experience in HR functions (e.g., performance management, recruitment, HR operations). ●Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. ●Basic data management and presentation skills using Excel and PowerPoint. ●Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. ●Proactive mindset and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. ●Experience communicating in English via email or with overseas offices. Preferred Qualifications ●Experience operating performance management systems. ●Experience in recruitment activities (mid-career, new graduate, internships, etc.). ●Experience using HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday). ●Experience in HR data analysis and reporting. ●Experience with university partnerships or internship program management. ●Experience in HR system improvements or HR-related projects. |
