Job Summary
As a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) hub supporting our global business, we are seeking an HR Support Member to drive the growth of our Singapore headquarters. In this role, you will work closely with the HQ HR team in Singapore to build the organization's foundation through University Relations (Industry-Academia Collaboration) and HR operations.
We welcome candidates who are motivated to "thrive globally using English" and "proactively create new systems and frameworks," even if they do not have prior HR experience.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for executing and supporting the Singapore headquarters' HR strategy within Japan.
University Relations (Industry-Academia Collaboration)
Collaborate with the HQ University Relations Lead to build a talent pipeline for the next generation.
Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, professors, and external stakeholders in Japan.
Planning & Execution: Organize and manage student events, internship programs, and campus recruitment activities.
Network Expansion : Develop and expand networks connecting domestic and international educational institutions with the company.Singapore HQ HR Operations Support
As a member of the HQ HR team, you will handle a wide range of administrative and support tasks throughout the employee lifecycle.
Onboarding & Offboarding : Manage logistics for new hires, departure procedures, and administrative support for internal transfers.
L&D and Performance Management : Provide logistical support for internal training and assist in the administration of the performance evaluation system.
Recruitment Support: Participate in and support various recruitment-related projects.Additional HR & Ad-hoc Projects

Internal Events: Plan and execute workshops and recreational activities to boost employee engagement.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Address various HR challenges and administrative needs as they arise to ensure smooth office operations.

| 勤務時間 | Working Hours Hours: 9:00 – 18:00 (Standard). Flextime: 7:00 – 22:00. Includes occasional night meetings (JST) due to global operations. Strategic use of flextime is required to prevent long hours. |

| Required Experience and Skills | Required Qualifications ●Communication Skills: Ability to confidently build and maintain relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. ●English Proficiency: Comfortable handling emails and reading documents in English. (As you will collaborate daily with the Singapore HQ, we prioritize a "proactive attitude to communicate" over perfect fluency.) ●Proactivity & Agility: A self-starter who doesn't just wait for instructions but takes initiative to gather information and solve problems. ●IT Literacy: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for data tabulation and document preparation. Preferred Qualifications ●Experience in Sales, EA, or Customer Success (negotiation/coordination). ●Background in study abroad or working with multicultural teams. ●Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ●Strong interest in HR and Recruitment. ●Experience in student support or educational institutions. |
