Job Summary
This position plays a dual role in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, strengthening the organization’s talent foundation.
The role drives the recruitment of top talent through the management of both new graduate and mid-career hiring processes, while supporting employee growth and organizational performance through onboarding, training, and development programs.
Working closely with dedicated recruiters and business units, this position integrates the full talent cycle — Recruit → Develop → Retain → Grow — to support sustainable organizational growth.
You will serve as an HR partner, contributing across the employee lifecycle from recruitment to development, and supporting the execution of the company’s talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
●Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for new graduates and mid-career hires.
●Oversee interview and selection process progress.
●Plan and execute recruitment events and company information sessions.
●Improve and streamline recruitment processes.
●Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth integration of new hires. - Learning & Development
●Design, plan, and deliver training programs for employees.
●Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
●Plan and manage hierarchical training programs (junior, mid-level, and management).
●Develop training content to enhance employee skills.
●Collaborate with external training providers to deliver programs.
●Measure training effectiveness and propose improvements.
●Promote internal knowledge sharing and foster a learning culture. - Talent Development Initiatives
●Analyze skill gaps and development needs within the organization.
●Design talent development roadmaps.
●Plan leadership development programs.
●Design and operate career development support initiatives.
●Improve and maintain the internal training framework.

| Required Experience and Skills | Required Experience & Skills ●Practical experience in talent acquisition, employee development, training, or Learning & Development. ●Experience managing recruitment processes, designing training programs, or running educational initiatives. ●Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. ●Proactive execution skills to drive projects independently. ●Experience communicating in English in a business environment. Preferred Experience & Skills ●Experience in corporate Learning & Development initiatives. ●Experience designing onboarding or new hire training programs. ●HR or recruitment experience. ●Knowledge or experience in Organization Development (OD). |
