オーシャン・ネットワーク・エクスプレス（ONE）は日本の海運大手3社（日本商船、商船三井、川崎汽船）がコンテナ事業を統合し、シンガポールを拠点に設立されました。
当社はONE本社から管理業務の一部を受託するため、日本の海運の原点ともいえる長崎の地に2023年に設立され、2024年5月に事業を開始いたしました。
当社はシンガポールのONE本社より管理業務の一部を受託しております。受注の業務範囲は代理店制度会計、代理店管理会計、グローバル人事、マーケット分析等多岐にわたります。今後さらなる業務拡大が予定されており、「長崎から世界を支える。」ためのメンバーを募集しております。

Ocean Network Express (ONE) was established in Singapore through the integration of the container shipping businesses of three major Japanese shipping companies: NYK Line, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, and Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha.
To support ONE’s headquarters, our company was founded in Nagasaki in 2023—a location symbolic of the origins of Japan’s maritime industry—and began operations in May 2024.
We are entrusted by ONE headquarters in Singapore with a range of administrative functions, including agency accounting, management accounting, global HR, and market analysis. With plans for further expansion, we are now looking for team members who will help us "Enpowering global business from Nagasaki."
【職務概要/Job Overview】
ONEの成長戦略の一環として、ターミナルおよび内陸物流拠点の投資・取得に関する業務を強化する方針です。
本ポジションでは、投資案件の実現可能性調査、ポートフォリオの見直し、事業計画の策定、財務モデルの開発を担当する人材を募集します。
・意向表明書（LOI）および入札書類の作成
・投資・売却プロジェクトのための事業計画および財務モデルの開発
・合弁契約、株主契約、サービス契約等の契約書の作成・レビュー
・買収ターゲットや提携候補企業のデューデリジェンスの実施
・必要に応じてその他関連業務の遂行
・ターミナルおよび内陸物流拠点の投資・長期提携に関する実現可能性調査の実施
・現在のターミナルポートフォリオの見直しと統合・売却の機会の特定
※最初は契約関係やデューデリジェンスなどのM&A実務に携わっていただき、徐々に海運業の知識をつけていただきながら、ゆくゆくは買収先ターミナルの選定等も関わっていただく想定です。

As part of ONE’s growth strategy, we are strengthening our efforts in investments and acquisitions related to terminal and inland logistics facilities.
This position is responsible for conducting feasibility studies on investment projects, reviewing the existing portfolio, developing business plans, and building financial models.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of Letters of Intent (LOIs) and bidding documents
Development of business plans and financial models for investment and divestment projects
Drafting and reviewing contracts such as joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, and service agreements
Conducting due diligence on acquisition targets and potential business partners
Performing other related tasks as needed
Conducting feasibility studies for investments and long-term partnerships in terminals and inland logistics hubs
Reviewing the current terminal portfolio and identifying opportunities for consolidation or divestment
Initially, you will be involved in M&A-related tasks such as contract management and due diligence. Over time, you will also gain industry knowledge and eventually take part in identifying potential terminal acquisition opportunities.
Your responsibilities will be assigned based on your experience, skills, and preferences.

| 求める経験、能力/Required Experience and Skills | 【必須（MUST）】 ・M&A業務（戦略立案、デューデリジェンス、PMI含む）の実務経験3年以上 ・財務分析やバリュエーションスキル（DCF法、類似企業比較法など） ・ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き、会話） ・法務や会計に関する基本知識（必要に応じた外部専門家との連携ができるレベル） 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・海運業界や物流業界でのM&A経験 ・ファイナンス、会計、数学、科学、工学の学士号（CFAまたはMBAは尚可） ・コンテナターミナル運営、投資分析、財務分析における5〜10年の経験 Required Qualifications Over 3 years of hands-on experience in M&A operations, including strategy development, due diligence, and post-merger integration (PMI) Strong financial analysis and valuation skills (e.g., DCF method, comparable company analysis) Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversation) Basic knowledge of legal and accounting concepts, with the ability to collaborate effectively with external experts when necessary Preferred Qualifications M&A experience in the shipping or logistics industry Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, science, or engineering (CFA or MBA is a plus) 5–10 years of experience in container terminal operations, investment analysis, or financial analysis |
