概要

このたび、海外事業部でアプリケーションエンジニアを募集します

・海外代理店の案件進捗状況を把握し、技術面から受注活動および顧客サポートを支援する。
・海外代理店および顧客から収集した要望や市場ニーズを整理し、開発部門へフィードバックするとともに製品改善提案を行う。
・海外代理店向けの技術トレーニング、製品セミナー、ウェビナーを企画・実施し、代理店エンジニアの技術力向上を推進する。
・営業およびマーケティング活動を支援するための技術資料、トレーニング資料、アプリケーション事例を作成する。
・海外展示会、カンファレンス、ユーザー会等において技術プレゼンテーションを実施し、製品認知度向上および市場開拓を支援する。
・海外代理店が実施する受託解析、ベンチマーク解析、技術提案活動を支援し、必要に応じて解析実施、提案書作成、結果レビューおよび顧客向けプレゼンテーションを行う。

We are currently seeking an Application Engineer to join the Overseas Business Department.

Key Responsibilities
・Support sales activities and customer support from a technical perspective by monitoring the progress of projects handled by overseas distributors.
・Gather and analyze customer requirements and market needs obtained through overseas distributors and customers, provide feedback to the R&D team, and propose product improvements.
・Plan and deliver technical training programs, product seminars, and webinars for overseas distributors to enhance the technical capabilities of distributor engineers.
・Develop technical documentation, training materials, and application case studies to support sales and marketing activities.
・Deliver technical presentations at international trade shows, conferences, and user meetings to increase product awareness and support market development efforts.
・Support overseas distributors in analytical services, benchmark studies, and technical proposal activities. When necessary, perform analyses, prepare proposals, review results, and deliver presentations to customers.

応募資格 【必須（MUST）】／Requirements and Experience

・CFDを用いた研究または実務経験3年以上
・英語力：CEFR B2相当以上
・日本語力：JLPT N1相当以上
・流体力学の知識
・新しい技術への興味、探求心
・口頭および文章による優れたコミュニケーションスキル
・顧客や同僚社員の考えや思いを理解する姿勢
・自ら考え、率先して行動し、周囲を動かすリーダーシップ

Qualifications
・At least three years of research or practical experience using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
・English proficiency equivalent to CEFR B2 or higher.
・Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1 or higher.
・Knowledge of fluid mechanics.
・Strong interest in and curiosity about emerging technologies.
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
・A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand the perspectives and needs of customers and colleagues.
・Strong leadership skills with the ability to think independently, take initiative, and positively influence others.

応募資格 【歓迎（WANT）】

・英語力：CEFR C1相当以上
・製造業の研究開発・設計・生産技術・製造部門での3年以上またはそれと同等の実務経験
・プリセールス、サポート、コンサルティングの実務経験
・粉体工学の知識
・機構解析、3DCAD、C++、Python、Javascriptなどのプログラミングにおける実務経験
・Linuxシステム上での並列計算の実務経験
・HPCに関するハードウェア知識
・各種カンファレンスでのプレゼンテーション経験

Qualifications
・English proficiency equivalent to CEFR C1 or higher, with the ability to independently deliver technical presentations and conduct business discussions and negotiations in English.
・At least three years of hands-on experience, or equivalent, in R&D, design, production engineering, or manufacturing functions within the manufacturing industry.
・Practical experience in pre-sales, technical support, or consulting.
・Knowledge of powder technology.
・Hands-on experience with mechanical simulation, 3D CAD, and programming languages such as C++, Python, and JavaScript.
・Practical experience with parallel computing in Linux environments.
・Knowledge of High-Performance Computing (HPC) hardware.
・Experience delivering presentations at technical conferences and industry events.
