Job purpose

・RENOVA has been active in the Philippine renewable energy market for several years through Renova Renewables Philippines Co., Ltd (RRP), located in Manila. The company has successfully built a number of project pipelines in Philippines.
・RENOVA is planning to significantly expand its renewable energy project pipelines in Philippines and is seeking a team member who can support and contribute to the development of our pipeline projects

Responsibilities

Assignments will include, but not limited to:
・Construction manager for photovoltaic power plants and/or wind farms in the Philippines as a representative of owner
・Manage overall of power plant construction
・Direct construction companies and Owner's Engineering companies to establish basic specifications, review estimates/designs/construction plans, and manage projects together with design team
・Lialise proactive communication with stakeholders for finding resolutions in case of non-conformity
・Oversee the design team and the Owner's Engineering Company, and instructing the EPC contractor on detailed design follow-up and construction plan formulation and execution
・Oversee quality control of civil engineering, electrical engineering, and equipment installation works and make periodical reports
・Manage final inspections and commissioning
・Lead site HSE management, schedule control, budget control
・Review of punch lists and as-built drawings
・Assist public relations around site when necessary

Capability/ Experience Required (Must)

・Those who share our mission and management philosophy and are willing to work with a sense of mission to complete our projects.
・Experience in civil engineering/architectural design/construction (steel structures, concrete structures, development work, soil evaluation, etc.) at domestic or overseas general contractors, marine constructions, engineering companies, etc.
・The ability to negotiate, coordinate, plan, propose, and identify issues in proactive manner.
・Work in multi cultural environment with good interpersonal skills

Capability/ Experience Required (Plus)

・Those with experience in civil engineering design and construction for renewable energy projects in Philippines and/or overseas.
・Experience and knowledge in planning and construction work
・English (Business communication level)
