Job purpose

・RENOVA has been active in the Korean renewable energy market for several years through Renova Renewables Korea Co., Ltd (RRK), located in Seoul. The company has successfully built a number of project pipelines in Korea
・RENOVA is planning to significantly expand its renewable energy project pipelines in Korea and is seeking a team member who can support and contribute to the development of our pipeline projects

Responsibilities

Assignments will include, but not limited to:
・Responsible for the construction of wind farm construction works in Korea.
・Manage civil construction and substation construction works.
Lead external subcontractors and the owner's engineering company to prepare basic project plans, specifications, selection of subcontractors, review of estimates/design/construction plans, and project management.
・Lead the SPC design team and the Owner's Engineering company, and instruct the EPC to follow up on the detailed design and formulate and execute the construction plan.
・Research for evaluation and selection of design and procurement contractors. 
・Developing new subcontractors and new technologies.

Capability/ Experience Required (Must)

Those who share our mission and management philosophy and are willing to work with a sense of mission to complete our projects. 
Experience in civil engineering/architectural design/construction (steel structures, concrete structures, development work, soil evaluation, etc.) at domestic or overseas general contractors, maricons, engineering firms, etc. 
The ability to negotiate, coordinate, plan, propose, and identify issues.
Relevant experience (In Civil engineering): At least 5 years

Capability/ Experience Required (Plus)

・Those with experience in civil engineering design and construction for renewable energy projects in Japan and overseas. 
・Experience and knowledge in planning and construction work 
・English (daily communication level)
