Responsibilities
a. To support business and project development, project construction, project operation, and organization management;
b. To manage and advise project-related contractual and permitting issues and draft contracts in cooperation with the Legal Department in HQ (Tokyo, Japan) and external legal counsels;
c. To support RENOVA and RRK’s decision-making based on the internal regulations and guidelines;
d. To support or lead compliance related issues of RRK and RENOVA’s business activities in Korea in cooperation with the Legal Department in HQ;
e. To establish and maintain relationships with external legal counsels;
f. To report to the Legal Department in HQ;
g. To co-work with RENOVA and RRK’s other departments;
h. To manage relationship with legal teams of external counterparties and legal counsels; and

Capability/ Experience Required (Must)
a. Strong passion in promoting renewable energy and concurrence with RENOVA’s mission and vision;
b. Excellent written and oral communication skills (professional business level) in English and Korean;
c. Fluency in English and Korean language (Fluency in Japaneseand any other Asian language is a plus);
d. Minimum 5 years of professional working experience in the legal and contract-related assignments;
e. Experience and knowledge in the development/permitting phase in the power, infrastructure, real estate, and/or EPC sector;
f. Proactive in seeking assignments and problem-solving;
g. Experience or the ability to work on project teams or task forces (including the skill to negotiate externally and organize transactions) and
h: Teamwork attitude.
