Q1: What kind of work have you been involved in up to now?
I joined RENOVA as a new graduate.
From my first to third year, I was involved in a wide range of work in the domestic offshore wind power business development team, including examining and promoting local contribution plans, and planning and developing new businesses.
From my fourth year to the present, I have been working in the global business development team, developing solar and wind power projects in the Philippines.
Q2: Why did you choose Renova?
Renova has set the solution of environmental problems as its universal axis, and I resonated with its stance of addressing the most important issues of the times through the creation of businesses.
In terms of personal career development, Renova has a philosophy that “individual will leads to individual growth and maximization of results.” I felt that it was a company that would support proactive career development. I also decided to join the company because I was attracted to its flat corporate culture, where individual opinions are respected regardless of age or position.
Q3: What are the characteristics of RENOVA? (Good points, things you are proud of, things you are satisfied with, etc.)
The first point is that as an employee, I feel a sense of pride in the company's attitude and policy of putting all its efforts into making sure that its business development activities are not only good for the global environment, but also good for the local community.
Secondly, I am satisfied that we have excellent colleagues who are passionate about solving environmental problems, and that we are an exciting company where we can work with such members to create businesses from scratch and take on the challenge of larger, more difficult projects.
Lastly, I think that the company environment, which supports challenges regardless of age, is good. It is the perfect environment for people who want to work with initiative from an early stage.
