The PR & Social group is responsible of creating unique experiences for brand SHISEIDO many franchises, from Global Events to KOLs activations we craft unforgettable brand moments to help inspire consumers through different touchpoints and voices.
Our Social team is in charge of creating beautiful and elevated brand narratives on social channels to engage and connect with our global audience.
Social Content to drive brand story / content in 3 areas
1) Execute the Social Strategy Playbook guidelines for community management, editorial branded content and social best practices for OWNED.
2) Coordinate and lead the Content Strategy and Calendar for each OWNED social channel.
3) Ensure global brand consistency with RHQs.
Platform usage - TikTok, Instagram, Instagram, Facebook, X, Douyin
Key Responsibilities
To develop and implement social media strategies in an agile, efficient and effective manner.
Considering budget optimization for content creation strategies and exploring new solutions to be implemented.
Work in tandem with social content production agencies, marketing and creative stakeholders to manage and direct the social asset creation.
On time and in full to gate proposal & delivery
_ lead social IMC by work closely with MKT for IMC social plan
_ develop and present OWN social content strategy upon alignment with MKT and PR/Social team leaders
_ develop and present comprehensive report to evaluate social impact
Elevating brand equity
_ consolidate the social asset brief for IMC plan
_ lead social brand content strategy and pitch new ideas to drive brand equity
Content and Calendar management
_ develop SNS master calendar to collate all glocal campaign efforts with RHQs
_ lead and manage owned social asset sharing with RHQs
Social account handling
_ act as gatekeeper for account hygiene upkeep
_ provide visibility on content perfomance CONTINUE/STOP/START
_ create a crisis control action plan when crisis is flaged and oversee execution
Reporting
_ proactively create social best in class social insights and case studies in MCX monthly meeting
_ liaise with platformers to secure quartely insight reports from relevant social media platforms
_ lead and coordinate Meltwater dasboard monitor creation to measure social impact on campaings and brand activities
_ lead the campaign post-mortem social impact report
Budget management
_ provide visibility to manager and GMon budget allocation per campaign and estimations from vendors
Organization capability
_ demonstrate social first best practices to SGBU members

Requirements (必要な能力/経験/資質)
- Experience in Social Media Strategic Planning, understanding best practices for social channels and content creation optimization.
- Experience in implementing campaigns on Meta Business Suite, Bydance and Google platforms, building relationships with platformers to explore platform full potential.
- Social Content Creation, managing relationships with externals partners and briefing projects.
- Experience with managing team budget, transparent and efficient bookkeeping skills.
- Experience working in global teams, able to modulate and adapt to different cultures and nationalities.
- English fluent.
