Job Overview:
The Creative Producer for a global beauty/skincare brand will lead and manage the creation of compelling, on-brand content that reflects the brand’s ethos, heritage, and innovative approach to skincare and beauty. This role will focus on delivering global creative campaigns that resonate across diverse markets while maintaining the brand’s identity. The Creative Producer will work with internal and external creative teams, ensuring that all visual assets—across digital, social, print, and experiential platforms — are produced to the highest standards, respecting both global beauty trends and cultural nuances. The candidate must have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, be a team player, manage projects independently, and be adept at managing timelines and relationships with both internal teams and external partners. They must also be able to stretch outside of their own scope to support teammates when needed and keep up with the latest creative talents in the world. Additionally, they must work with the legal team for NDA and contract setup and collaborate with the finance team for budget spending and control. Finally, they must follow global protocols of production on set for compliance purposes.

  1. Creative Production Leadership
    • Lead and oversee the end-to-end production of creative content for global campaigns, including digital, video, print, and marketing.
    • Manage creative development for brand initiatives, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, social media content, and digital storytelling.
    • Align with brand identity to ensure all creative work stays true to the brand’s philosophy while appealing to a global audience.
    • Bring a creative mindset to every project, driving innovation and fresh ideas that resonate with the brand’s values and target audience.
    • Actively share and source creative talents from the community, introducing fresh, diverse voices and perspectives to the brand’s creative process.
    • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and retail teams to understand product benefits and skincare technologies, translating them into visually captivating and informative creative assets.
    • Manage global photoshoots, video production, and creative content creation for product launches, ensuring cultural sensitivity and market relevance in different regions.
    • Follow global protocols of production on set for compliance purposes, ensuring all processes adhere to industry standards and legal regulations.
    • Leverage strong network connections to bring together international and local creative crews and partners, supporting creative operations as a central hub for production.
  2. Cross-Department Collaboration
    • Work closely with global marketing, e-commerce, PR, product development teams, and make up team to ensure creative campaigns support overall brand objectives and product strategies.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively across teams and departments to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and timelines.
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams but also have the ability to manage and execute projects independently, taking ownership of each project’s lifecycle.
    • Stretch outside of your own scope to support teammates in their roles when needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
    • Effectively manage relationships with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth collaboration and deliver high-quality creative work.
    • Work with the legal team for NDA and contract setup, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and protecting the brand’s interests.
  3. Vendor and Agency Management
    • Select, manage, and collaborate with external creative agencies, production houses, photographers, stylists, and other vendors globally to deliver high-quality creative work.
    • Lead the process for securing quotes, negotiating terms, and managing contracts with external vendors.
    • Ensure that all external partners adhere to the brand’s quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
    • Maintain clear communication with vendors and agencies, ensuring smooth project execution and managing expectations throughout the production process.
    • Always stay connected to the latest creative talents across the globe, bringing fresh, innovative partnerships to the brand.
  4. Budget & Timeline Management
    • Collaborate with the finance team for budget spending and control, ensuring all projects are delivered within budget without compromising quality.
    • Manage project timelines, ensuring efficient workflow, timely approvals, and the smooth execution of campaigns from concept to completion.
    • Demonstrate the ability to manage budgets and timelines independently while maintaining close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proactively manage timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of creative assets while keeping all internal and external teams aligned and informed.
  5. Quality Control & Creative Excellence
    • Ensure all creative output meets the brand’s high standards for quality, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
    • Conduct regular reviews of creative content, providing constructive feedback and ensuring all work aligns with the brand’s values, ethos, and premium image.
    • Maintain oversight of the entire creative process, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to meet timelines and deliverables.
  6. Innovation & Trend Analysis
    • Stay current with global beauty and skincare trends and integrate relevant trends into creative concepts and production strategies.
    • Leverage insights from global beauty, wellness, and luxury sectors to inform creative innovation.
    • Experiment with new creative formats, production techniques, and storytelling methods to keep the brand fresh and innovative in a highly competitive market.
