資生堂のグローバルブランド（SHISEIDO, Clé de Peau Beauté, ELIXIR, ANESSAなど）の成長戦略にのっとり、新価値実現を達成し、事業売上・利益に貢献する。プロジェクトマネジメントの専門集団として新製品開発のみならず、新規技術検証プロジェクトを含めた開発プロジェクトのマネジメントをリードする。
各ブランドの中期戦略に沿い、新しい価値をお客さまに届けるべく、開発プロジェクトをマネジメントし、価値実現を達成する。開発に関わるすべてのステークホルダー（ブランドホルダー、研究開発、Supply Network、取引先）と協議、連携し、開発をリードする。(課題抽出・解決、適切な判断材料提示、リスクマネジメント）

Achieve value realization that will drive the global business expansion of each HQ brand (SHISEIDO, Clé de Peau Beauté, ELIXIR, ANESSA, etc.). Lead project management of not only new product but also new technology feasibility study projects as project management specialists' group.
In line with the Mid-Term strategies of each brand, manage development projects and achieve value realization in order to deliver new value to consumers. Discuss and collaborate with all involoved stakeholders (Brand Holder, R&D, Supply Network, and vendors) to lead projects. (Identification and resolution of issues, summary of appropriate judgment factors, risk management)

資生堂グローバルブランド（SHISEIDO, Clé de Peau Beauté, ELIXIR, ANESSAなど）の新製品および改良品プロジェクトのマネジメントを担当

Responsible for the management of new and Kairyo product development projects of global brands (SHISEIDO, Clé de Peau Beauté, ELIXIR, ANESSA, etc.)
