Creative Department – Store Design Group
Reports to: Store Design Director
Role Purpose
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Store Design & Visual Merchandising Manager to lead and support the development and rollout of store design and VM concepts across regions. The role focuses on enhancing brand equity, customer experience, and design quality through strong creative leadership, technical expertise, and close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Store Design & Rollout
· Lead and oversee store design rollouts across regions by providing creative direction, design validation, and quality control, in close collaboration with the Operations team
· Act as the design authority to ensure final executions reflect approved design intent and brand standards
· Provide strong creative direction to elevate design quality and strengthen brand equity
· Drive store design development, including new store concepts and next-generation store formats
Design Development
· Lead store design development including layout, materials, finishes, and lighting design
· Oversee material research and technical detailing refinement
· Drive Visual Merchandising creative development for in-store, podium, for all campaigns
· lead pop-up events creation and development follow execution with stakeholder teams
· Conduct prospective creative monitoring to identify trends, innovations, and future opportunities in retail design, visual merchandising and customer experience
Customer Experience Focus
· Champion customer experience in store design and VM solutions
· Identify and implement improved ways of working to enhance in-store experience and design efficiency
Collaboration & Agency Management
· Create and manage clear, structured briefs for external agencies for specific store design projects, for campaigns visual merchandising assets
· Partner with Operations to ensure design solutions are feasible, scalable, and production-ready, without compromising creative intent.
· Store Design: Collaborate closely with the Operations team to develop, refine, and implement store design guidelines that ensure consistency, functionality, and brand alignment across regions
· Visual Merchandising: Organize and follow the alignement and validation process with stakeholders. Partner with Operations team to fine-tune Visual Merchandising developments, ensuring effective in-store, podium, and pop-up execution are aligned with campaign and storytelling needs, aligned with markets needs.
· Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive brand expression in-store
Key Skills & Competencies
· Strong creative leadership with a refined sense of design quality and brand expression
· Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and technical detailing
· Solid understanding of lighting design and its impact on customer experience
· Strong understanding of Visual Merchandising principles and campaign execution
· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and regional projects
· Strong communication, presentation, and briefing skills
· Detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on mindset
