これらのミッションを達成するために、IR部門は企業価値向上に向けた戦略的なIR活動を展開し、特に投資家とのエンゲージメントに注力しています。
ターゲティングやIRイベントの企画・推進を通じて、投資家との信頼関係を築き、当社の価値を正しく伝えることが求められます。
また、資本市場の意見を経営陣にフィードバックすることで、経営判断の質を高める役割も果たしています。

・決算関連資料（プレゼン、QA、決算短信、財務補足データ、スクリプト等）

・投資家、アナリストとのIR取材（外国人投資家含む）
・投資家分析：ターゲティング、実質株主判明調査、株主構成分析

The IR department of Shiseido plays a crucial role as a spokesperson to communicate the company's current status and future growth strategies to domestic and international investors, aiming to realize the medium-term business strategy "SHIFT 2025 and Beyond" and the "Action Plan 2025-2026" to be executed over the next two years.
The mission of the IR department is as follows:

• To contribute to the enhancement of the company's long-term corporate value.
• To ensure that the company's intrinsic value is accurately assessed in the capital markets.
• To effectively convey feedback from the capital markets to the management.

To achieve these missions, the IR department conducts strategic IR activities aimed at enhancing corporate value, with a particular focus on engagement with investors.
Through targeting and planning and promoting IR events, it is essential to build trust with investors and accurately convey the company's value.
Additionally, by providing feedback from the capital markets to the management, the department plays a role in improving the quality of management decisions.
Through these activities, the IR department aims to develop talent that supports growth from a long-term perspective and contribute to the sustainable development of Shiseido.

■ Disclosure
- Design of medium-term business plans and equity stories
- Preparation of financial-related materials (presentations, Q&A, earnings announcements, supplemental financial data, scripts, etc.)
- Timely disclosure to the Tokyo Stock Exchange
- Integrated reports
- Collaboration with internal departments related to the above tasks

■ Engagement
- IR interviews with investors and analysts (including foreign investors)
- Investor analysis: targeting, identification of substantial shareholders, analysis of shareholder composition
- IR events: earnings briefings, IR DAY, domestic and international conferences, overseas non-deal roadshows, etc.
- Management of IR tools: IR website, email distribution, etc.

■ Others
- Feedback on IR activities and investor insights to management
- Corporate value assessment, equity spread analysis, etc.

・統合報告書の作成
・適時開示、決算発表に関する資料作成（QAなど）
・社内関連部門からの情報収集、折衝

■エンゲージメント領域
・決算説明会、事業説明会、海外ロードショーなどのIRイベントの企画・推進
・投資家管理DBの運用およびターゲティングへの活用

上記のほか、スキルに応じた様々な業務に従事していただきます

■ Disclosure
- Creation of integrated reports
- Preparation of materials related to timely disclosures and earnings announcements (such as Q&A)
- Information gathering from related internal departments

■ Engagement
- Planning and promotion of IR events such as earnings briefings, business briefings, and overseas roadshows
- Operation of the investor management database and its utilization for targeting

●必要な能力/経験/資質 (Requirements)：

・IR実務におけるご経験
・事業会社におけるファイナンス領域のご経験（財務経理／経営企画／事業企画等）
・金融業界のご経験（証券会社における営業／コーポレートアクセス／企業分析等）
【英語力】 TOEIC800点以上が目安

【Required (one of the following)】
- Experience in IR practices
- Experience in the finance area within a business company (financial accounting, corporate planning, business planning, etc.)
- Experience in the financial industry (sales at a securities company, corporate access, company analysis, etc.)
【English Proficiency】 Aiming for a TOEIC score of 800 or higher.
