Organization / Mission：

1.    Makes sustainability data reports ready in compliant to all countries’ regulation such as EPR, LCA, Environment data. For this objective, below are the activities in scope.
2.    Supervise process standardization for sustainability data management
3.    Gather, review, document as-is business processes for HQ and all regions in scope
4.    Design new to-be processes referring to best practice
5.    Compare as-is and best practice, identify gaps and related business needs (such as local regulation), while recommending improvements and workarounds towards best practice 
6.    Get approvals to finalize the new to-be standard processes from Global Business Process Lead, while driving buy-in from end-users to adopt the new to-be processes
7.    Facilitate change management and lead subject matter experts to increase end-user satisfaction levels and business productivity using process improvement methodology and tools

Key Responsibilities：

1.    Plan, Track, analyze and report progress to associated Global Business Process Lead (reporting line)
2.    Quantify, document and monitor benefits of process improvements
3.    Support planning, coordination and execution of conference room pilots and other related workshops involving IT and end-users

Requirements：

1.    Competencies as a team leader with experience in leading and collaborating actively with peers
2.    3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain or innovation planning in Brand Holder (事業部での新商品開発) in FMCG
3.    English and Japanese (Business Level or Above)

Preferred Qualification：

1.    Business process reengineering
2.    Data management process implementation
