Organization / Mission

・Establish the global master data platform as a single source of truth
・Keep master data quality with an appropriate solution and workflow to support business and ERP systems including downstream systems
・Lead the Operation team to maintain the data provided by the business
・Define scope / operational flow for the new deployments
・Follow the governace defined and maintain the data within the SLA defined
・Prorcess all the critical master data object like product master, Business Partner Master, Finance master etc.
・Continuious operational improvement and proactive steps to support business and limit the business impacts

Key Responsibilities

・Moniter the operation team performance and track the KPI
・SPOC for any operational escalation and closure
・Manage the Global stakeholders, partners and internal teams

About the Role

You will be part Global Japanese beauty company and contribute worldwide critical business data to be No.1 data driven beauty company

Requirements

Competency / Qualification, Education, Experiences etc.
1. Prior/significant experience of managing Master Data operation team
2. Experience of BAU process and transition from Project team
3. Ensuring communication across regions/countries therefore communication skills and ability are essential
4. SAP and MDG experience or any master data operation experience

Other Requirements
1. International experience
2. Fluent English both spoken and written is required
3. Preferable having business context of Shiseido
