Under "Our Mission," the Quality Management Department is responsible for safeguarding the trust of our clients and society, guaranteeing that all the value we create is safe and high quality. We will continue to contribute to sustainable growth and the enhancement of corporate value by realizing "Quality Exceeding Expectations" through the participation of all members. Building on our recent experience in establishing our operational foundation, from fiscal 2026 we have launched the "Activation of the Shiseido Quality Management System (hereinafter S-QMS)." To upgrade it to a "value-creating organization," we are strengthening collaboration to foster an independent and self-driven organization. Guided by the mid-term strategy of the Quality Assurance Department, this position drives the establishment and management of global quality document structures and regulations to enhance S-QMS effectiveness, while cultivating a quality culture tied to human resource development to realize "Quality Exceeding Expectations."

・資生堂グループおよび日本地域の品質文書の策定と管理
・資生堂グループ全従業員に対する品質教育の企画立案

・Formulating and managing quality documents for the Shiseido Group and the Japan region
・Planning and designing quality training programs for all Shiseido Group employees

・ Participation in Global Quality Strategy and Rule Formulation (Attractiveness of the Role)
Provides the opportunity to be directly involved in the quality strategy and rule formulation for the entire Shiseido Group. Since one's own insights and evaluations are directly reflected in the global standards of "Shiseido Quality," this role offers the exciting challenge of working with high impact and significant discretion.

・ Systematic Understanding of Shiseido’s Unique Quality Standards and Global S-QMS (Skills to be Acquired)
Allows the candidate to develop solid expertise in the quality assurance domain by gaining a bird's-eye view and systematically understanding the group’s overall quality standards and framework (S-QMS).

・ Enhancing Risk Identification and Problem-Solving Skills through Rule Formulation and Training (Career Path & Skills)
Cultivates the ability to identify potential risks and solve root-cause problems through close discussions and cross-functional communication with related departments aimed at resolving issues and standardizing rules.

●必要な能力・経験・資質 / Requirements：

・化粧品・医薬品・食品等の業界における品質関連業務の実務経験
・薬機法及び関連法規に関する基礎知識
・事実に基づき課題を構造的に整理する論理的思考力、および改善解決力
・関係者を巻き込みをルール化を推進するコミュニケーション力
・英語による業務遂行能力（海外とのメールでのコミュニケーションが可能なレベル）

・ Professional experience in quality-related operations within the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food industries
・ Basic knowledge of the PMD Act (Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act) and related regulations
・ Logical thinking skills to structurally analyze issues based on facts, and the ability to drive continuous improvement and solutions
・ Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders and drive the formulation of rules
・ English proficiency to conduct business operations (at a level capable of email communication with overseas counterparts)

・化粧品の品質に強い興味関心・熱いパッションをお持ちの方

・ Foundational knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ICH Q10)
・ Strong interest and a deep passion for cosmetics quality
・ Business-level English proficiency
