品質方針「Quality Exceeding Expectations」の実現に向け、品質マネジメントシステムの着実な運用と継続的な強化を推進します。
品質監査グループは、S-QMSの実効性を確保するチェック機能として、資生堂グループの品質監査戦略の立案・実行を担い、国内外の製造所・物流拠点への監査を通じて、品質ポリシーおよび関連ルールの遵守状況を監視・評価し、品質リスクおよび改善機会を特定することで、グループ全体の品質向上に貢献します。

Under "Our Mission," the Quality Management Department is responsible for safeguarding the trust of our clients and society, guaranteeing that all the value we create is safe and high quality. We will continue to contribute to sustainable growth and the enhancement of corporate value by realizing "Quality Exceeding Expectations" through the participation of all members. Building on our recent experience in establishing our operational foundation, from fiscal 2026 we have launched the "Activation of the Shiseido Quality Management System (hereinafter S-QMS)." To upgrade it to a "value-creating organization," we are strengthening collaboration to foster an independent and self-driven organization.
To realize our quality policy, "Quality Exceeding Expectations," we will promote the steady operation and continuous strengthening of our Quality Management System.

As a control function to ensure the effectiveness of the S-QMS, the Quality Audit Group is responsible for planning and executing Shiseido Group’s quality audit strategy. Through audits of manufacturing sites and distribution centers in Japan and overseas, we monitor and evaluate compliance with quality policies and related rules, and identify quality risks and opportunities for improvement, thereby contributing to quality enhancement across the Shiseido Group as a whole.

●業務内容 / Key Responsibilities：

・資生堂グループにおける品質監査実行ルールの整備およびグローバルでの運用状況管理
　グループ全体で適用される品質監査基準・手順の策定・更新を行うとともに、海外拠点を含む各拠点での運用状況を把握・管理し、継続的な改善につなげる。
・化粧品製造所および物流センターへの品質監査（国内・海外）
　国内外の製造拠点・物流拠点に対する監査を実施し、品質ポリシーおよび関連法規・社内基準の遵守状況を確認するとともに、品質リスクの特定と改善提案を行う。
・化粧品製造所情報および契約の管理
　日本国内の化粧品製造所情報の維持・更新ならびに品質契約の締結・管理を行う。

・Development and global management of quality audit execution rules for the Shiseido Group
We develop and update quality audit standards and procedures applicable across the Shiseido Group, and monitor their implementation at each region, including overseas locations, to support continuous improvement.
・Quality audits of cosmetic factories and distribution centers in Japan and overseas
We conduct audits of factories and distribution centers in Japan and overseas to verify compliance with quality policies, relevant laws and regulations, and internal standards, and to identify quality risks and opportunities for improvement.
・Management of cosmetic factory information and quality agreements
We maintain and update information on cosmetic factories in Japan, and manage the conclusion and administration of quality agreements.

・Systematic understanding of Shiseido’s quality management standards and global QMS
Gain a deeper understanding of the Shseido’s quality standards and systems, and further develop your expertise.
・Understanding of quality assurance processes from production to distribution centers
Gain experience in quality assurance from a cross-supply-chain perspective.
・Improvement of risk identification and problem-solving skills through audits
Develop the ability to identify root causes and turn findings into improvements through on-site observation and interviews.
・Acquisition of advanced communication skills through collaboration with diverse sites and facilities
Build experience in driving cross-functional improvements while working with stakeholders in Japan and overseas.

●必要な能力・経験・資質 / Requirements：

・製造業（化粧品・医薬品・食品等）における品質関連業務の実務経験
・薬機法及び関連法規に関する基礎知識、医薬品/化粧品GMPに関する基礎知識
・事実に基づき課題を構造的に整理する論理的思考力、および改善解決力
・英語による業務遂行能力（海外拠点への監査対応・報告書作成が可能なレベル）

・Practical experience in quality-related work in manufacturing industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food
・Basic knowledge of the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act (PMD Act) and related regulations, as well as basic knowledge of pharmaceutical and cosmetic GMP
・Logical thinking skills to organize issues structurally based on facts, and problem-solving skills to drive improvements
・Ability to work in English, including conducting audits of overseas sites and preparing reports

●歓迎要件 / Preferred Qualification：

・監査またはそれに準ずる業務経験（内部監査、サプライヤー監査等）
・品質マネジメントシステムに関する基礎知識（ISO9001、ICHQ10等）

・Experience in auditing or related work, such as internal audits and supplier audits
・Basic knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and ICH Q10
