In this role, you will act as the architect of brand influence, turning narratives into global conversations.By merging Science, Beauty, and Art, you will build powerful relationships with A-list celebrities and top-tier KOLs to drive high-quality Earned Media and create unforgettable brand experiences that resonate with consumers worldwide.
Role and Responsibility
As a core member of the PR & Influencer Marketing team, you will lead high-level strategy to hands-on execution and performance analysis.
- Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive seeding strategies across the influencer spectrum (Nano to Mega/A-list).
Lead the PR & Influencer IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) plan, ensuring a seamless POE (Paid/Owned/Earned) framework in collaboration with Marketing and VMD.
Establish global guidelines, "how-to" playbooks, and best practices for influencer engagement.
- KOL & Relationship Management
- Identify the right KOLs (the "WHO") that align with brand pillars to ensure authentic storytelling.
- Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for Brand Ambassadors, A-list celebrities, and "Friends of the House."
- Oversee end-to-end cooperation for VIP activities, including logistics, gifting, high-profile dinners, and red-carpet events.
- Event & Experience Integration
- Collaborate with VMD to drive brand desirability through pop-up stores and podium unit experiences.
- Create comprehensive briefs for "Reattainment" and consumer events that bridge the gap between PR exposure and live consumer experiences.
- Liaise with Regional Headquarters (RHQ) to ensure global consistency and local impact.
- Reporting & Performance
- Measure and analyze social/PR impact using metrics such as Earned Media Value (EMV), sentiment, and reach.
- Develop post-mortem reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide "START/STOP/CONTINUE" strategic recommendations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep the brand at the forefront of the luxury beauty market.
Basic Requirement
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in PR & Influencer Marketing.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in PR & Influencer Marketing strategy within the Beauty, Luxury, or FMCG industries..
- Digital Fluency: Deep understanding of the influencer landscape and seeding mechanics across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Strategic Planning: Ability to design POE frameworks and translate brand strategy into actionable, high-impact PR briefs.
- Global Collaboration: Experience working within multicultural teams and coordinating effectively with global stakeholders/RHQs.
- Language: Fluent in English and Japanese (Professional working proficiency).
