This is a position for "juwi Shizen Energy".

Job Description

・Manages construction at power plants
・Act as a site representative of photovoltaic or wind power plants we are constructing as a primary contractor and also be in charge of managing and supervising an entire construction site
・Craft and review construction schedules
・Project management in system designing, construction, external construction workers, and supply chains
・Support on construction related topics cross-functionally in the company

*This position requires traveling all over the country. However, there is no need to relocate residence at the beginning as the person will be asked to travel to the assigned site.

Qualifications

【Required】

  • A qualified first-class civil works execution manager
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in site management work for solar power plants as a responsible position such as site superintendent
  • Experience in process management as a responsible position such as site superintendent, chief engineer, management engineer, or as a prime contractor in civil engineering-related construction like mountain civil engineering, dam construction, landscaping.

*The cost of traveling back home is subsidized twice a month. You are also able to invite your family to you if you are not able to travel.

*Not only do we receive project orders by bringing in the technical skills from juwi AG, a world leaning renewable energy company standing out in its amount of renewables generated, we also recently received funding from Tokyo Gas and we work on projects together. We have the environment where we steady win projects.

・On-site stay allowance will be paid additionally (500yen per day). It will be paid with bonus once every six month.

You will be based on Tokyo or Fukuoka office, but be stationed at a construction site across Japan as long-term business trip for each project.
The company will prepare the housing on-site.
