チームのミッション/責任

Mobility Tech Company であるソニー・ホンダモビリティの中で、クラウドサービス、および顧客とのタッチポイントであるWeb・モバイルなどのアプリケーションを開発・運営していく組織であり、特に生産・販売・物流オペレーションを実現するためのサプライチェーン＆バリューチェーンを支えるシステム開発・運用を行っていくことが役割となります。

職務内容

ソニー・ホンダモビリティが社会に提案する新しいモビリティの事業を行う国内外各国において、高効率・高循環型のサプライチェーン・バリューチェーンを支えるシステム構築の企画・開発・運営が業務です。メインはシステム開発のプロジェクトマネジメントとして、プロジェクトの統合管理、スコープ管理、スケジュール管理、コスト管理、品質管理、リスク管理、コミュニケーション管理、資源管理、調達管理、ステークホルダー管理などプロジェクトのリーディングを行いながら、ビジネスチームと協力して新規事業の業務構築を行い、要求の抽出とシステム要件化を行います。そこからシステムのプロダクトオーナーとして社内開発チームと一体となって開発を推進する、又は外部のサービスソリューションの選定を外部パートナーと交渉しながら行い、システム構築を推進して頂きます。

必要となるスキル・経験

必須

・3年以上のシステム開発プロジェクトマネジメント経験
・システム観点のビジネス要求を引き出すための業務構築支援ができる業務設計スキル
・ビジネス要求をシステム要件/システム機能に具体化するシステム開発の上流設計スキル
・ビジネスを実現するシステムソリューションの選定、プロバイダーとの交渉スキル

上記に加えて、システム開発するための要件整理のアプローチ方法を自ら構築したり、未知の分野に対して仮説設定をしながら業務を進めていける高い積極性があると良い。

尚可

・モバイル/Webアプリ もしくは AWS, GCP, Azure等のクラウドを使ったネットワークサービス設計開発/運用経験
・製造業のサプライチェーン領域におけるシステム開発/運用経験
・海外（英語圏）で業務経験

語学力

＜必須＞TOEIC600点以上（または現在TOEIC500点以上だが入社後にTOEIC600点以上のスコアに挑戦できる方）
＜尚可＞TOEIC900点以上

Our role is to develop and operate a system that supports the supply chain and value chain in order to harmonize production, sales, and logistics operations

Job description

Be responsible for formulating short to long-term profit plans while cooperating with members of the organization. Also be required to be in charge of some of the following tasks, depending on your skills and experience.
・ Business planning support from a management accounting perspective, such as building value chain
・ Definition of business requirements for overall project management/management accounting functions for ERP implementation
・ Formulation of medium to long-term financial plans

Requirements

Required skills / experience

・ Over 3 years of system development project management experience
・ Business/operation design skills to derive requirements from a system perspective
・ Upstream design skills for system development to embody business requirements into system requirements/system functions
・ Skill of Selection of system solutions that realize business demand, negotiation skills with providers

In addition to the above, good to have a high level of proactiveness that leads to develop own approach to make requirements for system development, and to proceed with work while setting hypotheses for unknown fields.

Preferred skills / experience

・ Experience of design, development and operation for Mobile/Web application or network service, using clouds such as AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
・ System development/operation experience in the supply chain area of the manufacturing industry
・ Work experience overseas (English language countries)

Language Skills

Required : TOEIC score: 600 or above
(Business-level English including discussion and negotiation)
Preferred : TOEIC score: 900 or above
