知能化された自動運転・運転支援システムを実現する研究開発環境の構築。

職務内容

他部門や開発パートナー、研究機関などと国内外問わず協業し、自動運転・運転支援システムにおける下記業務をお任せします。また、海外現地法人へのデモンストレーションなどとも行って頂きます。
具体的な業務内容：
・自動運転/自動運転支援開発におけるシステムおよびソフトウェアエンジニアリング領域の要求からのテスト設計
・ソフトウェア品質を向上させるためのプロセス構築とそれに付随するトレーサビリティ管理の開発環境構築
・SILS/MILS/HILS/DILSなどの検証環境の構築、テストの自動化などCI/CD環境構築、およびシステムのバリデーションの実施

開発ツール等

・主要ツール：Matlab, Simulink
・MBD系ツール：Rational、Rapsody等
・シミュレーション環境：CarMaker, Carla等
・言語：C、C++、Java、Python、SysML、UML
・AIツール：Caffe、Chainer、TensorFlow 等

必要となるスキル・経験

必須

・AD/ADAS開発において大規模な組み込みソフトウェアや開発環境を自ら手を動かして開発した経験
（以下事例）
・AD/ADAS車載アプリケーション
・AD/ADASシステム開発環境構築
・ロボティクス制御アルゴリズム（レーンや標識等自律走行に必要な認識アルゴリズム、カメラやLidar等を用いた人や物体等の動体検出アルゴリズムなど）
・機械学習、ディープラーニング等、AIの基盤技術に関する基礎知識または実務経験

尚可

・車両モデル、及びそれを活用した車両制御シミュレーション業務経験
・画像認識ソフトウェア開発の実務経験
・AI系ツール(Caffe、Chainer、TensorFlowなど）を使用した実務経験
・統計解析、多変量解析といったデータ解析技術を用いた実務経験
・大規模システムの安全性・信頼性の設計評価の実務経験
・オブジェクト指向開発（SysML、UML）、要求分析、システムアーキ設計の経験
・CI/CD環境構築および運用の経験

Team’s Mission / Responsibilities

Research and development of in-vehicle/external sensing technologies to realize intelligent autonomous driving / advanced driver assistance systems

Job description

Collaborate with other departments, development partners, and research institutes both domestically and internationally to handle the following tasks related to autonomous driving and driver assistance systems. You will also be responsible for demonstrations at overseas subsidiaries.

Specific Tasks:
- Test design based on requirements in the system and software engineering fields for autonomous driving/driver assistance development
- Development of a process for improving software quality and a development environment for traceability management
- Construction of verification environments such as SILS/MILS/HILS/DILS, automation of tests, construction of CI/CD environments, and implementation of system validation

- Major Tools: Matlab, Simulink
- MBD Tools: Rational, Rhapsody, etc.
- Simulation Environment: CarMaker, Carla, etc.
- Languages: C, C++, Java, Python, SysML, UML

Requirements

Required skills / experience

• Experience in developing large-scale embedded software and development environments for AD/ADAS development
• Experience in AD/ADAS in-vehicle applications
• Experience in building AD/ADAS system development environments
• Experience in robotics control algorithms (lane and sign recognition algorithms necessary for autonomous driving, motion detection algorithms for people and objects using cameras and lidar, etc.)
• Basic knowledge or practical experience in AI foundation technologies such as machine learning and deep learning

Preferred skills / experience

• Experience in vehicle modeling and vehicle control simulation using vehicle models
• Practical experience in image recognition software development
• Practical experience using AI tools (Caffe, Chainer, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Practical experience using data analysis techniques such as statistical analysis and multivariate analysis
• Practical experience in safety and reliability design evaluation of large-scale systems
• Experience in object-oriented development (SysML, UML), requirements analysis, and system architecture design
• Experience in building and operating CI/CD environments
