業務内容

他部門や開発パートナー、研究機関などと国内外問わず協業し、自動運転・運転支援システムにおける下記業務をお任せします。

具体的な業務内容：
・自動運転・運転支援システムの検証環境の構築、テストの自動化など CI/CD/CT 環境の構築
・テスト走行データの管理や可視化ツールの開発

このポジションでは、シミュレーションや実機・実車評価のシステム構築を行う事で効率的な開発環境を構築できるエンジニアを募集しています。

自動運転・運転支援システムに関するポジション/チームは複数ありますが、希望と適性をみてアサインメントを判断いたします。
部署内はフラットで、兼務等の形で複数のPJ/チームに跨る形で参画することも可能です。

・AD/ADAS開発において大規模な組み込みソフトウェアや開発環境を自ら手を動かして開発した経験

・AD/ADAS車載アプリケーション
・AD/ADASシステム開発環境構築
・ロボティクス制御アルゴリズム（レーンや標識等自律走行に必要な認識アルゴリズム、カメラやLidar等を用いた人や物体等の動体検出アルゴリズムなど）
・CI/CD環境構築および運用の経験

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following tasks related to autonomous driving and driver assistance systems, working in collaboration with other departments, development partners, and research institutions both in Japan and overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain CI/CD/CT environments, including the development of verification environments and test automation for autonomous driving and driver assistance systems.
• Develop tools for managing and visualizing test drive data.

While we collaborate with various partners, we often take ownership of core software implementation ourselves. Our development approach blends agile IT/software practices with structured waterfall methodology.

Decisions regarding software development resources and technologies are made based on the value Sony Honda Mobility aims to deliver. This enables us to keep pace with the rapid evolution of AI and software technologies, support continuous updates via OTA (Over-the-Air), and pursue scalable advancement of ADAS as a Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV).

Position Overview:

We are seeking engineers who can build efficient development environments by developing systems for simulation, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), and real-vehicle evaluations. This role is critical to accelerating the development and validation of autonomous driving and driver assistance systems.

Department

There are multiple positions and teams related to autonomous driving and driver assistance systems. Assignments will be determined based on your preferences and suitability.

Our department maintains a flat organizational structure, and it is possible to participate in multiple projects or teams concurrently, depending on your interests and expertise.

Requirements

Required skills / experience

• Candidates with hands-on experience in developing large-scale embedded software and development environments for AD/ADAS are highly valued.

Examples of relevant experience include:

• Development of in-vehicle applications for autonomous driving (AD) and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS)
• Building and maintaining development environments for AD/ADAS systems
• Designing and implementing robotics control algorithms, such as:Perception algorithms for autonomous driving (e.g., lane and traffic sign recognition)
• Dynamic object detection using sensors like cameras and LiDAR
• Experience in building and operating CI/CD environments for continuous integration, delivery, and testing

Preferred skills / experience

• Foundational knowledge or practical experience in AI technologies such as machine learning and deep learning
• Experience in creating test scenarios for autonomous driving (AD) and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS)

Language Skills
