業務内容

他部門や開発パートナー、研究機関などと国内外問わず協業し、自動運転・運転支援システムにおける下記業務をお任せします。国内、海外問わず現地での評価、開発なども行って頂きます。また、外部との渉外活動を行って頂きます。

具体的な業務内容：

• 商品企画、完成車要求に対するシステムの性能目標・要求仕様の決定
• 実現するためのシステム全体設計、機能の設計と検証
• 他システムへの要求内容の決定と整合
• 機能安全に代表される安全設計
• 自動運転/自動運転支援開発におけるシステムおよびソフトウェアエンジニアリング領域の要求からのテスト設計、機能開発車両設計、車両走行評価試験の実施

このポジションでは、Vision Transformer を含めた最先端のAI・ソフトウェア技術を活用した大規模で複雑なADASシステムの全体設計及び商品化に貢献できるエンジニアを募集しています。

所属組織

部・課・チーム

自動運転・運転支援システムに関するポジション/チームは複数ありますが、希望と適性をみてアサインメントを判断いたします。
部署内はフラットで、兼務等の形で複数のPJ/チームに跨る形で参画することも可能です。

複数のH/W及びS/Wで構成されるシステムでの開発・設計・検証の実務経験

 Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the development of autonomous driving and driver assistance systems in collaboration with internal departments, development partners, and research institutions, both in Japan and overseas. This role includes on-site evaluation and development activities both domestically and internationally, as well as external coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define system performance targets and requirement specifications based on product planning and complete vehicle requirements
• Design and verify overall system architecture and individual functions to meet those requirements
• Define and align requirements with other related systems
• Conduct safety design activities, including functional safety
• Lead system and software engineering tasks for autonomous driving and driver assistance development, including:Test design based on system requirements,Prototype vehicle design for functional development,Execution of vehicle driving evaluation tests

This enables us to keep pace with the rapid evolution of AI and software technologies, support continuous OTA (Over-the-Air) updates, and pursue scalable advancement of ADAS as a Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV).

Position Overview
In this role, we are seeking engineers who can contribute to the overall design and commercialization of large-scale, complex ADAS systems by leveraging cutting-edge AI and software technologies—including Vision Transformers. You will play a key role in shaping the future of mobility by applying advanced AI to real-world autonomous driving and driver assistance systems.

Department

There are multiple positions and teams related to autonomous driving and driver assistance systems. Assignments will be determined based on your preferences and suitability.

Our department maintains a flat organizational structure, and it is possible to participate in multiple projects or teams concurrently, depending on your interests and expertise.

Requirements

Required skills / experience

Practical experience in the development, design, and verification of systems composed of multiple hardware and software components

Preferred skills / experience

• Experience in the development of autonomous driving and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS)
• Knowledge and development experience related to automotive E&E (Electrical and Electronic) architecture
• Practical experience in safety design and functional safety, including compliance with ISO 26262
• Experience in project management for teams of several dozen members
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in systems engineering

Language Skills

• Basic reading and writing skills in English (comfortable using English)
• Basic communication skills in Japanese (approximately N2 level or higher)
