業務内容

他部門や開発パートナー、研究機関などと国内外問わず協業し、自動運転・運転支援システムにおける下記業務をお任せします。

具体的な業務内容：
・ソフトウェア品質を向上させるためのソフトウェアテスト、テストプロセス構築、テスト戦略検討

部署内はフラットで、兼務等の形で複数のPJ/チームに跨る形で参画することも可能です。

・ソフトウェアの単体テスト、静的解析などのコード品質テストの開発経験

You will be responsible for the following tasks related to autonomous driving and driver assistance systems, in collaboration with other departments, development partners, and research institutions both in Japan and overseas.

About the Role
We are seeking an engineer who is passionate about software quality and capable of leading large-scale projects. This position plays a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our software systems, contributing directly to the realization of next-generation mobility experiences.

Required Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: C, C++, Python
• Middleware: ROS (Robot Operating System), DDS (Data Distribution Service)
• Operating Systems: QNX, Linux
• Cloud Deployment & Development Tools: AWS, Docker, Git, and related tools

Department

There are multiple positions and teams related to autonomous driving and driver assistance systems. Assignments will be determined based on your preferences and suitability.

Our department maintains a flat organizational structure, and it is possible to participate in multiple projects or teams concurrently, depending on your interests and expertise.

Requirements

Required skills / experience

• Experience in managing software testing processes and developing test strategies across entire projects
• Hands-on experience in code quality testing, including unit testing and static code analysis

Preferred skills / experience

• Experience as a test lead in large-scale software development projects
• Development experience with production-level embedded software for AD/ADS (Autonomous Driving / Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
• Expertise in optimizing memory usage and process/thread allocation on embedded ECUs
• Experience in software testing and compliance with ASIL requirements and Automotive SPICE Level 2 or higher
• Experience in building and operating CI/CD environments
