Mobility Tech Company であるソニー・ホンダモビリティにおいて、クラウドサービスおよび顧客とのタッチポイントであるWebアプリ・モバイルアプリを、内製にてスピード感を持って開発・運営し、新たな顧客価値を次々に創出・継続的に提供するとともに、そのために必要なソフトウェア技術の磨きこみ・アジャイル文化の醸成を推進していくこと。

職務内容

我々のチームでは、クラウドを活用しモビリティとユーザーを繋ぐConneted Car Cloudの構築をしており、主にOut Car部分におけるモバイルアプリ、ウェブサービス・アプリ、デジタルキー等の開発を担っています。

当ポジションでは、社内外の協働チームと連携しつつ、【車両対向クラウドサービス・モバイルアプリ開発】におけるプロジェクトマネージメント/プロジェクトリード（PM/PL）を担当していただきます。入社後、他プロジェクトにも携わっていただく可能性もございます。

これらの領域におけるPM/PLとは具体的には、1)ビジネスオーナーからの要求獲得・要件整理、2)関係チームや社内外ステークホルダへの情報提供/情報獲得、3)タスク/課題/リスク管理、4）高品質を担保するための品質戦略/計画策定、テスト設計といったものであり、このような上流工程を担当いただきます。

必要となるスキル・経験

必須

・PM/PLとしてIoTデバイスやハードウェアが絡むソフトウェア、クラウドサービス、各種アプリ（WEB・モバイル不問）などのプロジェクトを完遂した経験
・ソフトウェアの開発・実装、商用化の経験
・自社内製開発チームにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験（ベンダーコントロールメインの場合不可）
・ソフトウェアテストの理解
※モビリティ業界の経験は不問です。

尚可

・ToC向けサービス開発経験
・プロジェクト完遂に向けて必要な作業・リスクを整理把握し、適切な対応が取れること
・IT業界/自動車業界の動向把握・将来見通しを立て、それに応じた行動が取れること

語学力

・日本語でのコミュニケーション能力（JLPT N1以上）
・英語での基本的な読み書き

人物像

・チャレンジングな壁に直面した際に、その状況を前向きに捉え打開することができる方
・社内外関係者と円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方

この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル

モビリティを取り巻くネットワークサービスのドメイン知識、エンジニアリングチームと協調した業務遂行経験が得られます。内製のエンジニアリングチームとワンチームとなって開発を行うため、裁量を持って、上流工程と並行しながらソフトウェア開発・デリバリーをアジャイルに推進していくことが出来ます。キャリアパスとしては、プロダクトマネージャー/スクラムマスター/ラインマネージャーが想定されます。

Job description

Our team is building a Connected Car Cloud that leverages cloud technologies to connect mobility with users. We are primarily responsible for the development of Out-Car services, including mobile applications, web services and apps, and digital keys.

In this position, you will be responsible for project management and project leadership (PM/PL) in the development of vehicle-to-cloud services and mobile applications, working in collaboration with internal and external teams. After joining, you may also be involved in other projects.

The responsibilities of a PM/PL in these areas specifically include:

Gathering requirements and organizing specifications from business owners,
Providing and collecting information from related teams and internal/external stakeholders,
Managing tasks, issues, and risks,
Planning and designing quality strategies and test plans to ensure high quality.
You will be expected to lead these upstream processes.

Requirements

Required skills / experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Project Leader (PM/PL) in delivering projects involving IoT devices or hardware-integrated software, cloud services, and various applications (regardless of whether web or mobile).
• Experience in software development, implementation, and commercialization.
• Project management experience within an in-house development team (not limited to vendor control).
• Solid understanding of software testing.

※ Experience in the mobility industry is not required.

Preferred skills / experience

• Experience in developing services for consumer (ToC) users
• Ability to identify and manage necessary tasks and risks to successfully complete a project, and take appropriate actions
• Ability to understand trends and future outlooks in the IT and automotive industries, and act accordingly

Language Skills

-  Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1 or above)
-  Basic English reading and writing skills

• Demonstrated ability to approach challenges with a positive and proactive mindset, and to drive solutions even in the face of obstacles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders

Experience and skills gained through this role

You can gain domain knowledge in network services related to mobility and experience working collaboratively with engineering teams.
You can agilely promote software development and delivery with autonomy, working as a single team with the in-house engineering team and paralleling the upstream process.
Expected career paths include product manager, scrum master, and line manager.
