完成車のサプライチェーン及びSW更新を支える海外/国内システム企画・開発・導入 | Supply Chain and Ovet The Air System Planner/Developer

業務内容

ソニー・ホンダモビリティでは商品である車を作って/運んで/保有中のお客様にOEMが直接サービスを提供していきます。このために必要なサプライチェーン　及び　車両SW配信のシステム企画・開発・導入から運営までを担って頂きます。

具体的な領域は以下となります。
・サプライチェーン領域：
グローバルな車両供給システム（生販計画、製造連携、完成車物流、在庫管理など）
・車両SW更新(Over The AIr)システム：
無線/有線による車両部品へのSW更新管理、配信、及びそのためのSW管理システム

作業内容はビジネスメンバーと一緒に事業検討、企画の作成から、システム要件/システム化機能への落とし込み、そのために必要な業務フローや機能一覧、システム構成図などの成果物作成、それらの開発メンバーへの落とし込み、システム機能と企画内容のすり合わせを行って行きます。役割としてはビジネス＆開発メンバーを取りまとめたプロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージャー、及び開発するシステムに対して開発完了までの責任を持つプロダクトオーナーとしての2つの役割を持ちます。

これらの業務の中において、外部の事業パートナーとデータ連携するためにグローバルなパートナー会社との交渉、調整、システム仕様決定、そのための打ち合わせファシリテート、必要に応じた海外出張などを行っていきます。また、検証～立ち上げフェーズにおいては工場やロジスティクス現場へ実際に赴き、現場・現物を扱いながらシステム導入～運営立ち上げまでのリーディングを行っていきます。

募集背景

ソニー・ホンダモビリティでは従来の既存OEMと違い新たにD2Cによる車両販売を行うため、それに合った新しいサプライチェーンのオペレーションとそのためのシステム構築に挑戦しています。また、ソニー・ホンダモビリティの車両はSDV（Software Defined Vehicle）となるため、命綱と言えるOTA（Over The Air）のオペレーションとシステムの構築においても守り（修正/改修）のUpdateだけでなく攻め（機能追加/更新）のUpdateを積極的に行っていきます。このような新しい挑戦を行っていくにあたり、従来のサプライチェーンやSW配布に捕らわれない、新しい発想や熱意を持った方と一緒に取り組んでいきたいと考えております。

所属組織

部全体で50名弱の社内エンジニア、課メンバーは4名。社内エンジニアや業務委託エンジニアを含む開発Scrmの中で、事業と開発をつなぐ役割を担っていきます。

必要となるスキル

必須

・事業会社にて3年以上のシステム開発プロジェクトマネジメント経験（企画、開発、運営までプロジェクトをやり切ったご経験、モビリティ会社の経験有無は問わない）
・システム観点のビジネス要求を引き出すための業務構築支援ができる業務設計スキル
・ビジネス要求をシステム要件/システム機能に具体化する要件定義スキル
・ビジネスを実現するシステムソリューションやインテグレーターの選定スキル
・海外（英語圏）での業務経験、又はその地域の方とのプロジェクト推進、ビジネス交渉などの経験

尚可

・事業会社でのシステム詳細設計、実装を含む開発/運用経験
・自動車業界、または製造業のサプライチェーンにおける事業、業務知識、またはそれにかかわるシステム開発/運用経験（WANT）
・上市後の製品に対するソフトウェアアップデート事業での企画、開発、運用経験

語学

実務で英語圏のビジネスパートナーと調整、交渉ができるレベル、または経験があると望ましい。日本語ネイティブで無い方は日本語検定Ｎ２以上。

Job description

At Sony Honda Mobility, we provide services directly to customers who manufacture, transport, and own our vehicles, which would traditionally be handled by OEMs. You will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and operating the necessary systems for the supply chain and vehicle software distribution.

Specific Areas:

Supply Chain Area:Global vehicle supply systems (production and sales planning, manufacturing coordination, finished vehicle logistics, inventory management, etc.)
Vehicle Software Update (Over The Air) Systems:Management and distribution of software updates to vehicle components via wireless/wired connections, and the necessary software management systems
Tasks: You will work with business members to examine business plans, create plans, translate system requirements into system functions, create necessary deliverables such as business flows, function lists, and system configuration diagrams, and communicate these to development members. You will align system functions with the planned content. Your roles will include being a project manager who coordinates business and development members and a product owner responsible for the system development until completion.

Responsibilities: In these tasks, you will negotiate, coordinate, and determine system specifications with global partner companies for data linkage with external business partners. This includes facilitating meetings and making overseas business trips as necessary. During the verification to launch phase, you will visit factories and logistics sites to lead the system implementation and operation launch while handling on-site and physical items.

Background of Recruitment

At Sony Honda Mobility, unlike traditional OEMs, we are taking on the challenge of vehicle sales through D2C (Direct-to-Consumer), which requires new supply chain operations and system construction. Additionally, since Sony Honda Mobility's vehicles are SDVs (Software Defined Vehicles), we are actively pursuing not only defensive updates (corrections/modifications) but also proactive updates (feature additions/updates) in the construction of OTA (Over The Air) operations and systems, which are considered lifelines. In undertaking these new challenges, we are looking for individuals with new ideas and enthusiasm, who are not confined to traditional supply chains or software distribution, to work with us.

Department

The entire department consists of just under 50 in-house engineers, with 4 members in the section. You will play a role in connecting business and development within the development Scrum, which includes in-house engineers and contract engineers.

Requirements

Required skills 

• Over 3 years of experience in system development project management at a business company (experience in planning, development, and operation of projects, regardless of experience in a mobility company)
• Business design skills to support the extraction of business requirements from a system perspective
• Requirement definition skills to concretize business requirements into system requirements/system functions
• Skills in selecting system solutions and integrators to realize business
• Experience working overseas (in English-speaking regions) or experience in project promotion and business negotiations with people from those regions
• Possession of any of the following Salesforce qualifications or construction experience:Salesforce Certified Administrator qualification, or more than 2 years of experience in implementing Sales Cloud/Service Cloud

Preferred skills 

• Development/operation experience including system detailed design and implementation at a business company
• Business and operational knowledge in the supply chain within the automotive industry or manufacturing industry, or related system development/operation experience (WANT)
• Experience in planning, developing, and operating software update businesses for products after launch

Language Skills

It is desirable to have a level or experience that allows for coordination and negotiation with English-speaking business partners in practical work. For non-native Japanese speakers, a Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or higher is required.

Required:
TOEIC score of 700 or higher, or JLPT N2 or higher, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred:
TOEIC score of 800 or higher, or JLPT N1 or higher, or equivalent practical experience
