業務内容

以下のビジネス設計・オペレーション設計と運営をグローバルで担当頂きます。
アサインメントに応じ海外出張/駐在が発生する可能性があります。

1. 事業戦略や社内関連部門と連携したバリューチェーン設計
2. 完成車生販在計画の策定も含めたサプライチェーンのコントロール業務の企画・運営
3. ロジスティクスパートナーと協業したAFEELAロジスティクスの企画・運営
4. ソニー・ホンダモビリティとして自ら管理する戦略重点部品における調達戦略の企画

具体的な業務内容の例：

• 需要予測精度を高めるためのデジタルデータの活用や現地法人・マーケティング部門と連携した市場/お客様動向の情報収集を行い、最適な生販在計画の立案して社内関連部門をリードする役割を担う
• お客様に直接・タイムリーに製品をお届けするためのロジスティクス企画とそのオペレーションを実現するパートナー選定
• 社会情勢から潜在的なサプライチェーンリスクをあぶりだし、その対応戦略の立案やソリューションを実現する
• Honda・ソニーの強みを活かしつつ、新たな価値提供を実現するための基盤となる部品・素材の調達戦略企画

募集背景

当社は、人とモビリティとの関係性の再定義をキーワードに、ソフトウェア技術を中心に新しい体験価値を提供するべく、お客様と直接的に深く・長くつながることができるオンラインでのダイレクト販売を行うことを前提とした高付加価値商品・循環型のサプライチェーン・バリューチェーンの構築を目指します。

2026年以降の北米・日本でのローンチに向けたゼロイチ立ち上げ実行と中長期的な戦略立案を並行して実施するチャレンジングな状況の下、当社ならではの多様なパートナーシップ/アセットライトを意識し、未知の領域に対し自らハンズオンで行動し実装できる人材を求めています。

配属組織

数名程度。国内外のパートナー及び社内関係者（経営企画/管理や調達、US現地法人担当者）と連携し、ハンズオンで推進​。

必要となるスキル・経験

必須

• 業界は不問だが、既存の業務運営を担っただけではなく、ゼロから新しい取り組みを立ち上げて具現化した経験がある方
• 特に以下職務において、自ら高い課題を設定し改革に取り組んだ経験：経営企画/VC企画/SC企画/事業企画/物流企画/調達企画/生産管理/営業
• 社外パートナーとの折衝経験

尚可

• 自動車/EVに関連ある経験
• 海外での業務経験、北米での業務経験
• リーダーもしくは、準ずる立場での業務経験

語学力

TOEIC600点以上

※アサインメントにより海外パートナーとの業務や出張等が多く発生する場合があり、高い英語力をお持ちだと尚可

Job description

You will be responsible for the global design and operation of the following business and operational structures:

1. Value chain design in collaboration with business strategy teams and related internal departments
2. Planning and operation of supply‑chain control functions, including the formulation of production, sales, and inventory plans for finished vehicles
3. Planning and operation of AFEELA logistics, in collaboration with logistics partners
4. Strategic planning for the procurement of strategically important components, directly managed by Sony Honda Mobility

Examples of Specific Responsibilities:

• Utilize digital data and collaborate with local subsidiaries and marketing teams to improve demand‑forecast accuracy, gather insights on market and customer trends, and lead internal stakeholders in developing optimized production–sales–inventory plans
• Select partners and design logistics operations to ensure timely and direct delivery of products to customers
• Identify potential supply‑chain risks based on global geopolitical and social conditions and develop strategies and solutions to address those risks
• Formulate procurement strategies for key components and materials that serve as the foundation for new value creation, leveraging the strengths of both Honda and Sony

Background of Recruitment 

Our company aims to redefine the relationship between people and mobility by leveraging software‑driven technologies to deliver new experiential value. We are building a high‑value product lineup and a circular supply‑chain and value‑chain model designed for direct online sales, enabling us to connect with customers more directly, deeply, and over the long term.

Toward our planned launches in North America and Japan starting in 2026, we are simultaneously pursuing both zero‑to‑one execution and mid‑ to long‑term strategic planning in a highly challenging environment. We seek individuals who can take a hands‑on approach, proactively explore unknown domains, and turn ideas into reality while embracing our unique approach to diverse partnerships and asset‑light operations.

Department

A small team (several members). Work hands-on while collaborating closely with domestic and international partners as well as internal stakeholders, including corporate planning, corporate management, procurement, and members of our U.S. subsidiary.

Requirements

Required skills / experience

• Industry background is not limited, but candidates must have experience not only in operating existing business processes, but also in launching and materializing new initiatives from scratch.
• Demonstrated experience in setting ambitious challenges and driving transformation in one or more of the following areas:Corporate Planning / Value‑Chain Planning / Supply‑Chain Planning / Business Planning / Logistics Planning / Procurement Strategy / Production Control / Sales
• Experience negotiating and collaborating with external partners.

Preferred skills / experience

• Experience in the automotive or EV industry
• Experience working overseas, preferably in North America
• Experience serving as a leader or in a similar leadership capacity

Language Skills

TOEIC score of 600 or above
＊Depending on the assignment, you may frequently engage with overseas partners or undertake international business trips. Higher English proficiency is strongly preferred.

After setting up the project, you may also have the opportunity to:

Since products and services are offered globally, you can be involved in the entire process from planning to implementation by promoting the system you have planned on-site, such as through overseas assignment, as the project progresses.
