チームのミッション/責任

ソフトウェア中心で新たな体験価値を提供するべく、お客様と直接的に深く・長くつながることができるオンラインでのダイレクト販売を行うことを前提とした高付加価値商品・循環型のサプライチェーン・バリューチェーンの戦略立案・企画実行。

職務内容

以下のビジネス設計・オペレーション設計と運営をグローバルで担当頂きます。

1. 事業戦略や社内関連部門と連携したバリューチェーン設計
2. 完成車生販在計画の策定も含めたサプライチェーンのコントロール業務の企画・運営
3. ロジスティクスパートナーと協業したAFEELAロジスティクスの企画・運営
4. ソニー・ホンダモビリティとして自ら管理する戦略重点部品における調達戦略の企画

具体的な業務内容の例：
・需要予測精度を高めるためのデジタルデータの活用や現地法人・マーケティング部門と連携した市場/お客様動向の情報収集を行い、最適な生販在計画の立案して社内関連部門をリードする役割を担う
・お客様に直接・タイムリーに製品をお届けするためのロジスティクス企画とそのオペレーションを実現するパートナー選定
・社会情勢から潜在的なサプライチェーンリスクをあぶりだし、その対応戦略の立案やソリューションを実現する
・Honda・ソニーの強みを活かしつつ、新たな価値提供を実現するための基盤となる部品・素材の調達戦略企画

必要となるスキル・経験

必須

・業界は不問だが、既存の業務運営を担っただけではなく、ゼロから新しい取り組みを立ち上げて具現化した経験がある方
・特に以下職務において、自ら高い課題設定を設定し改革に取り組んだ経験：経営企画/VC企画/SC企画/事業企画/物流企画/調達企画/生産管理/営業
・社外パートナーとの折衝経験

尚可

・自動車/EVに関連ある経験
・海外での業務経験
・リーダーもしくは、準ずる立場での業務経験

語学力

TOEIC600点以上
（または現在TOEIC500点以上だが入社後にTOEIC600点以上のスコアに挑戦できる方）

Team’s Mission / Responsibilities

Planning of attractive products and services which are personalized for each user and business model, and collaboration and coordination with external software and hardware partners.

Job description

You will be responsible for the global planning, designing, and operating of the following business and operational aspects:

• Value chain design in collaboration with business strategy and internal departments.
• Planning and operating supply chain control activities, including production and sales planning for finished vehicles.
• Planning and operating AFEELA logistics in collaboration with logistics partners.
• Planning procurement strategies for strategic key components managed by Sony Honda Mobility.

Examples of Specific Tasks:

• Leading the development of optimal production and sales plans by utilizing digital data to improve demand forecast accuracy and gathering market and customer trend information in collaboration with local subsidiaries and marketing departments.
• Selecting partners and implementing logistics planning and operations to deliver products to customers directly and timely.
• Identifying potential supply chain risks from social trends and developing response strategies and solutions.
• Planning procurement strategies for parts and materials that leverage the strengths of Honda and Sony to create new value propositions.

Requirements

Required skills / experience

• Experience in any industry, but not limited to those who have only managed existing operations, but also those who have started and realized new initiatives from scratch.
• Experience in setting high challenges and reforming in the following positions: Business planning, VC planning, SC planning, business planning, logistics planning, procurement planning, production management, and sales.
• Experience in negotiating with external partners.

Preferred skills / experience

• Experience in automotive/EV.
• Overseas work experience.
• Experience in a leadership or quasi-leadership position.

Language Skills

• TOEIC 600 or higher.
  (Or those who currently have a TOEIC score of 500 or higher but can challenge for a score of 600 or higher after joining the company.)

Experience and skills gained through this role

After setting up the project, you may also have the opportunity to:

• Gain experience in value chain and supply chain management.
• Expand your career into more advanced business planning and strategic roles.

Since products and services are offered globally, you can be involved in the entire process from planning to implementation by promoting the system you have planned on-site, such as through overseas assignment, as the project progresses.
