ブランドタッチポイントの企画・運営、ブランドコンテンツの企画・制作を通じ、ブランド戦略及びコミュニケーションデザインを立案、実行。強固なブランドエンゲージメントの構築に貢献する。

職務内容

ソニー・ホンダモビリティのブランドコミュニケーション活動における空間プロデュース業。デザイン＆ブランド戦略部の一員として、社内外のデザイナーと社内ステークホルダーと連携し、特に空間（スペース）におけるコミュニケーション計画を遂行する役割を担っていただきます。空間コンセプト策定から、デザイナーと連携したデザインワーク、施工に関わる協力会社へのディレクションまで、担当プロジェクトのアウトプットまでのデザイン品質の責任を負います。

担当頂くデザインの例 :　　　

• コーポレートイベントのブースデザイン
• イベント・店舗などのリアル空間における体験設計

空間や建築の素養が不可欠（例：大学・大学院で建築やインテリアを専攻した、など）。ブランディング、コミュニケーションデザイン、リテール開発、イベント企画等に関係する部署で、空間にまつわる案件に実担当として携わった経験があること（例：社外向けイベントでブランドのプレゼンスをコントロールした、新製品カンファレンスの空間設計やアジェンダ進行を取り仕切った、など）。

ブランディング、マーケティングコミュニケーションに関わるプロジェクトマネージメント経験

語学力

英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション（メール・会話）へ抵抗がなければ問題なし

Job description

This position is responsible for spatial production in the brand communication activities of Sony Honda Mobility. As a member of the Design & Brand Strategy department, you will collaborate with internal and external designers and internal stakeholders to execute communication plans, particularly in the context of physical spaces. You will be responsible for the design quality of the output of the projects you work on, from conceptualizing the spatial concept to working with designers on design work to directing the construction company involved.

Examples of Design Tasks:
- Booth design for corporate events
- Experience design for real spaces such as events and stores

Requirements

Required skills / experience

• Portfolio required
• Essential knowledge of space and architecture (e.g., majored in architecture or interior design at university or graduate school).
• Experience working on space-related projects in a department related to branding, communication design, retail development, event planning, etc. (e.g., controlled brand presence at external events, handled space design and agenda management for new product conferences).

Preferred skills / experience

• Experience in project management related to branding and marketing communication

Language Skills

• Open to communicating in English.
