日常的に発生する多数の契約審査・交渉を通じて事業のスピードを落とさず推進しつつ、事業成長に資する法的スキーム設計・リスク整理を行い、事業の基盤構築に深く関与していただきます。
職務内容
1. 企業法務・事業支援(メイン業務)
- 日英文契約書のレビュー/修正/交渉(目安:月30〜40件程度)
- 業務委託契約、業務提携契約、ライセンス契約、売買契約 等
- 事業部門と密に連携した 契約スキーム検討/条件設計
- 新規事業/新サービス立ち上げ時の法的論点整理、リスク評価
- 日米関係先との契約/法務コミュニケーション
2. 日本事業の立ち上げ・運営支援
- 日本市場における事業立ち上げフェーズでの法務支援
- 事業モデル/オペレーション構築に伴う法的整理
- 将来的な事業拡張を見据えた契約雛形/プロセス整備
3. その他法務領域
- 紛争/訴訟対応(製造物責任を含む)
- ガバナンス/コンプライアンス関連業務
- 個人情報保護を含む各種法令対応
※ご経験・専門性に応じて、担当領域は柔軟に調整します。
必要となるスキル・経験
必須
- 企業法務(日英文/契約審査・契約交渉・事業支援)に関する 5年以上の実務経験
┗事業会社、法律事務所、非営利団体いずれも可 - スピード感のある契約対応(複数案件を並行して扱った経験)
- 事業部門と近い距離で、実務に踏み込んだ法務支援を行った経験
尚可
- 日本/米国いずれかの弁護士資格
- 新規事業フェーズでの法務経験
語学力
TOEIC 800点以上
(北米や欧州の現地弁護士と英語での日常的なコミュニケーションがあります)

Team’s Mission / Responsibilities
The mission of this position is to support the launch and scale-up phases of new companies and new business initiatives from the frontline as a corporate legal professional.
You will be deeply involved in building the foundation of the business by reviewing and negotiating a high volume of contracts without slowing down business speed, while also designing legal schemes and identifying risks that contribute to sustainable business growth.
Job description
1. Corporate Legal Affairs & Business Support (Primary Responsibilities)
- Review, revise, and negotiate Japanese and English contracts
(approximately 30–40 contracts per month) - Handle various agreements such as service agreements, business alliance agreements, license agreements, and sales agreements
- Collaborate closely with business teams to design contract structures and terms
- Identify legal issues and assess risks for new business and new service launches
- Manage legal and contractual communications with partners in Japan and the U.S.
2. Support for Launching and Operating the Japan Business
- Provide legal support during the launch phase of business operations in the Japanese market
- Conduct legal analysis related to business models and operational workflows
- Develop contract templates and establish processes with future business expansion in mind
3 . Other Legal Areas
- Handle disputes and litigation matters (including product liability)
- Support governance and compliance-related activities
- Manage regulatory matters, including personal data protection
Responsibilities will be flexibly adjusted based on your experience and areas of expertise.
Requirements
Required skills / experience
- Over 5 years of practical experience in corporate legal affairs, including Japanese and English contract review, negotiation, and business support
┗ Experience in in‑house legal teams, law firms, or non-profit organizations is acceptable - Demonstrated ability to handle contracts with a strong sense of speed, including managing multiple matters simultaneously
- Experience providing hands-on legal support in close collaboration with business teams
Preferred skills / experience
- Licensed attorney in either Japan or the United States
- Legal experience in a new business or early‑stage business environment
Language Skills
TOEIC score: 800 or above
(Frequently communicate in English with attorneys in North America and Europe)
