業務内容

会計・税務・財務分野における以下決算業務およびプロジェクト型業務を課内メンバーと対応いただきます。

• 支払請求書処理、従業員立替精算処理、請求書発行
• ファームバンキングシステム等を利用した振込業務、入出金管理
• 固定資産管理
• BPO先の指導
• 研究開発費管理、原価計算
• 会社法・IFRSによる（月次・四半期・年次）決算確定
• 会社法計算書類作成、監査法人対応
• 税務申告、税務調査対応（法人税、地方税、消費税、事業所税、償却資産税等）
• 移転価格税制をはじめとする国際税務対応
• 子会社投資管理、親会社としての子会社ガバナンス
• 連結決算（IFRS）
• 国内外におけるビジネスに係る経理・税務処理方針、処理方法の確立
• 取引担当部署のサポートや提言
• 新システム導入等の各種プロジェクト型業務への参画　等

募集背景

当社はソニーとHondaによるJVとして設立し、全く新しいEVブランド “AFEELA” を2026年以降北米と日本でローンチすべく事業立ち上げを行っています。
ローンチが迫る中、経理財務基盤の確立・整備が本格化しており、多様な事業ニーズにスピーディーに対応していく必要があります。そのような状況下、事業会社経理・財務の広範囲の業務をハンズオンでご担当いただける方を募集します。

配属組織

経理財務担当としては3~4名程度で、裁量をもって活躍いただける環境です。
会社全体としては400名を超えており、ビジネス部門・エンジニア・デザイナー等多様な職種の社員で構成。社員同士の距離が近く、ビジネス全体を俯瞰しやすい環境で経理財務業務を担当いただけます。

必要となるスキル・経験

必須

• 事業会社における経理業務（会社法&IFRS）、税務申告業務、財務業務の経験（3年以上）
• お一人で大会社の計算書類、税務申告書を作成できるスキル

尚可

• 新しいビジネス/スタートアップにおける経理・税務方針、処理方法の検討、確立の経験
• 移転価格税制におけるAPA申請の経験
• 新会計基準、税制改正への対応推進の経験
• 会計システム導入等プロジェクトへの参画経験
• 自動車OEMでの経理・税務業務の経験

語学力

• TOEICスコアは不問ですが、英語のメールベースでの業務遂行が一部あります。
• 事業展開先がUSであるため、現地スタッフ等と英語での日常的な会話によるコミュニケーションができれば尚可です。

Job description

You will work with team members in the department to handle the following closing tasks and project-based operations in the fields of accounting, taxation, and finance:

• Processing payment invoices, employee reimbursement settlements, and issuing invoices
• Transfer operations and cash flow management using systems such as firm banking
• Fixed asset management
• Guidance for BPO partners
• Management of R&D expenses and cost accounting
• Closing of accounts (monthly, quarterly, annual) in accordance with the Companies Act and IFRS
• Preparation of statutory financial statements and coordination with audit firms
• Tax filings and handling tax audits (corporate tax, local tax, consumption tax, business office tax, fixed asset tax, etc.)
• International tax compliance, including transfer pricing regulations
• Subsidiary investment management and governance as a parent company
• Consolidated financial statements (IFRS)
• Establishing accounting and tax policies and procedures for domestic and international business transactions
• Providing support and recommendations to transaction-related departments
• Participation in various project-based tasks such as new system implementation, etc.

Background of Recruitment

Our company was established as a joint venture between Sony and Honda, and we are working to launch an entirely new EV brand, “AFEELA,” in North America and Japan starting in 2026.
As the launch approaches, we are accelerating the development and enhancement of our accounting and finance infrastructure to meet diverse business needs quickly and effectively.
In this context, we are seeking individuals who can take a hands-on role in managing a wide range of accounting and finance operations for a business company.

Department

As an accounting and finance team member, you will work in a group of about 3 to 4 people, in an environment where you can exercise significant autonomy.
The company as a whole has over 400 employees, comprising diverse roles such as business professionals, engineers, and designers.
You will handle accounting and finance tasks in a setting where colleagues are closely connected, making it easy to gain a comprehensive view of the entire business.

Requirements

Required skills / experience

• Experience in accounting operations (Companies Act & IFRS), tax filing, and finance within a business company (3+ years)
• Ability to independently prepare statutory financial statements and tax returns for a large corporation

Preferred skills / experience

• Experience in establishing accounting and tax policies and procedures for new businesses/startups
• Experience in filing APA (Advance Pricing Agreement) applications under transfer pricing regulations
• Experience in driving compliance with new accounting standards and tax law revisions
• Experience participating in projects such as accounting system implementation
• Experience in accounting and tax operations at an automotive OEM

Language Skills

• A TOEIC score is not required; however, some tasks will involve email-based communication in English.
• Since the business will expand into the U.S., the ability to engage in everyday conversations in English with local staff and other stakeholders would be a plus.
• Japanese：N1+
