N4. Job Description for Product, Service Planning

Team’s Mission & Job description

As the owner of product and mid to long term lineup and after-parts, we are responsible for proposing competitive products that maximize both customer value and business value throughout the product lifecycle.

・Develop product concepts based on forecasts of future environmental changes
・Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement value propositions using new technologies
・Make equipment application decisions based on business considerations

Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of marketing principles
• Basic understanding of the automotive and home appliance industries
• Creativity and ability to generate ideas from a customer's perspective
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster inclusive discussions and achieve common goals
