Role Overview
We're looking for a Global Marketer to plan and execute the sales strategy for SpiderLabs' ad fraud prevention tool in international markets. This role is crucial for our global growth, and Japanese language skills are not a prerequisite.
 

Responsibilities
- Develop international marketing strategies: This includes target market selection, positioning, and channel strategy.
- Plan and execute lead generation initiatives (primarily for English-speaking markets): This involves content marketing, webinars, ad operations, and exhibition participation.
- Plan and edit English content: Create compelling website copy, landing pages, and whitepapers.
- Drive lead nurturing: Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to engage and convert leads.
Support sales efforts: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate deals and accelerate the sales cycle.
- Build alliances and support collaboration: Establish and foster relationships with local partner companies.
- Monitor KPIs and report on improvement proposals: Track performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications
- Business-level English proficiency or higher.
- Conversational Japanese language skills.
- 3+ years of practical B2B marketing experience.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, especially within the SaaS domain.
- Proficiency in basic web marketing tools: Such as GA4, HubSpot.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

 
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing experience for international products.
- Knowledge of advertising technology or ad fraud.
- Experience working in a startup or growth-phase company.
- Strong copywriting or writing skills.
- Proficiency in languages other than Japanese or English.
