EV充電インフラ事業とは？

電気自動車（EV）の充電器の設置を進め、安心してEVに乗っていただくためのインフラ網を構築する事業です。世界に後れをとる日本のEVシフトを牽引するため、2022年4月に事業をスタートしました。

現在、国内では約6.8万口のEV充電器が設置されていますが、当社は2026年2月末時点で3.5万口の設置を完了し、国内トップクラスの規模のインフラ網を構築しています。

今後の事業展望

日本政府が掲げる「2035年までに新車販売の電動車率100%実現」に向け、ガソリン車からEVへのシフトは今や不可逆な潮流となっています。

この歴史的な転換点において、私たちは「2030年までに20万口」という圧倒的な充電インフラ網の構築をマイルストーンに掲げ、さらなる事業拡大を加速させていきます。

■What is the EV Charging Infrastructure Business
This business involves the deployment of chargers to supply power and recharge the batteries of electric vehicles (EVs). We offer a full lineup of three uniquely developed charger types tailored to specific user needs:
・Basic Charging (3kW standard charger): Designed for apartment complexes
・En-route Charging (50-150kW rapid charger): Targeted at municipalities and roadside stations
・Destination Charging (6kW standard charger): For commercial facilities, hotels, and golf courses
EV drivers can conveniently manage the entire charging process, including payment via credit card, using a dedicated smartphone app. For charger site owners, we provide a management dashboard, delivering both hardware and software solutions to enhance usability and convenience.

■Future Business Prospects
With the Japanese government's declaration to achieve 100% EV sales for new vehicles by 2035, the transition from gasoline and diesel vehicles to electric vehicles is expected to accelerate.
At Terra Charge, we aim to install 100,000 EV chargers by 2027 and 200,000 by 2030. Having already expanded into India, Indonesia, and Thailand, we are striving to become the No. 1 EV venture in Asia.

Job Description

This is a Senior / Lead QA Developer position with international team members.
As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in turning ideas into reality by contributing to all aspects of development for mobile applications and web systems through insightful feedback.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall quality of the development process.
• Manage and ensure the quality assurance of projects.
• Plan and execute test strategies.
• Enhance testing efficiency through the creation and maintenance of automated tests.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with stakeholders.
  This role requires a proactive approach to quality assurance and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

From the start, Terra Charge has been developed as a globally scalable system by a diverse team of international engineers. To address Japan's specific market needs, we divided the system into two versions: one for Japan and another for international markets.

必須スキル

• Experience leading a QA team as a QA leader on a product development team
• 3+ years of experience in planning and implementing web application tests, or equivalent experience (either automation or manual test)
• Experience in creating and managing test matrices (including test cases and test scenarios)
• Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Driver's license
