Role and Responsibility
- Logistics sourcing strategy development
- Market cost benchmark, logistics cost breakdown and analysis
- Generate cost reduction idea, planning and execution together with internal Logistics operation team and external suppliers
- Contract management, Suppliers performance and relationship management
- Work closely with oversea procurement team to gain Unilever global leverage
- Repack cost management including secondary packaging materials
- Capex Procurement for investment projects related to factories and warehouses
