本ポジションはオープンポジションとして、USJのリクルーターが皆さまのご経験やスキルを拝見し、エンターテイメント本部内の現在もしくは将来の適切なポジションへとマッチングさせていただくものです。

このチームの中心メンバーとして、ワールドクラスのエンターテインメントの企画・制作・運営に携わっていただきます。

業務内容

各種新規イベントの製作・運営を手掛ける部門にて、下記業務をご担当頂きます。

●製作されたショー・イベントのテクニカル面（音響・照明・特殊効果・映像・リギング）での設備/システムの設計・施工監修・設置・保守管理・機器オペレート

●上記テクニカル面での外注業者との連携

必須経験

●音響・映像・照明・リギングにおけるいずれかの分野での設計、施工、保守、機器オペレートの経験があること

●基本的なPCスキル（Word/Excel/Powerpoint）

●ベンダーや業務委託との協業経験

あれば尚可

●エンターテイメントビジネス/アミューズメントビジネスに纏わる経験。

●英語力

●電気やプログラムに関する知識をお持ちの方

●ホールや劇場、映画館等の音響・映像設備設計や保守点検業務

●音響・映像機器メーカーでのサービスエンジニア、システムエンジニア業務の経験者

標準労働時間　9:00～18:00 （業務の進捗状況により、早出・定時後勤務もあり）
月～金 （但し業務の進捗状況により、週末勤務の可能性もあり（代休取得で対応））

This is an open position where USJ recruiters will review your background and match it with suitable current or future opportunities within the Entertainment teams at USJ LLC.

As a core member of this team, you will be involved in the planning, production, and operation of world-class entertainment.

You will play a central role in the creation, delivery, and operation of a wide variety of entertainment experiences, including indoor and outdoor live shows, year-round regular events, seasonal spectacles, restaurant performances, and projection mapping shows.

As a member involved in creative design, technical planning, production, and operations, you will take on a key role across diverse areas such as delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the division responsible for producing and operating a wide range of new events, and will take on the following duties:

・Oversee the technical aspects (sound, lighting, special effects, video, rigging) of shows and events, including equipment/system design, construction supervision, installation, maintenance, and equipment operation

・Collaborate and coordinate with external vendors on the above technical aspects

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

・Experience in design, installation, maintenance, or equipment operation in at least one of the following fields: audio, video, lighting, or rigging

・Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

・Experience collaborating with vendors or contractors

LANGUAGE

Must be fluent in Japanese

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

・Experience in the entertainment or amusement business

・English proficiency

・Knowledge of electricity or programming

・Experience in the design or maintenance/inspection of audio and visual equipment for halls, theaters, or cinemas

・Experience as a service engineer or system engineer at an audio/visual equipment manufacturer

・Someone who takes ownership and consistently carries tasks through to completion with a strong sense of responsibility.

・A person with broad interests, eager to learn, and able to take on new challenges with a positive attitude.

・Able to engage constructively in negotiations and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.

・Willing and proactive in handling on-site work.

Working Hours

Standard hours: 9:00–18:00 (possibility of early start or overtime depending on business progress)
Monday to Friday (weekend work may be required depending on business needs, with compensatory days off provided)
