About the Job

To further strengthen SPEEDA's sales structure, we are looking for a member to handle field sales for Chinese companies in China. This position mainly involves working with departments in Chinese companies responsible for expanding their business in China (such as corporate planning, new business, and R&D).

Field sales play a crucial role in the revenue process by building relationships with customers and working to expand sales. This is a key position within the strategic organization.

The role focuses on developing new business opportunities with companies that are not yet clients. Inside sales teams gather potential leads through marketing activities, contacting prospects via phone or email, and identifying their challenges and needs. Field sales then concentrate on "market development" by engaging with untapped companies.

Specifically, the role involves proposing solutions to large enterprise clients across various industries, based on hypotheses and scenarios unique to SPEEDA. You will aim to foster growth alongside clients and reach an agreement on implementing SPEEDA's services.

We are looking for members who are eager to create and drive business, while building a professional, self-reliant team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a field sales representative within The Model-type organization, focusing on new sales activities that lead to the proposal, negotiation, and implementation of SPEEDA solutions.
  • Participate in networking activities at events such as trade associations and business meetings.
  • Generate direct appointments with potential clients.
  • Listen broadly to the challenges and needs of customers in various fields and present SPEEDA's solutions based on hypotheses.
  • Quickly and accurately analyze sales activities, projections, and outcomes, and apply the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle to guide actions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, inside sales, customer success, and product development teams to improve customer value and accelerate the expansion of success stories, new market development, and market creation, as Uzabase China is in a phase of business expansion.

Requirements

[Required Qualifications]

Candidates must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Over 3-5 years of corporate sales and business development experience in the Chinese market, with a proven track record of outstanding results (industry irrelevant).
  • A passion for creating better approaches beyond existing methods and frameworks.
  • Ability to conduct business communication in both English and Chinese.
  • Strong alignment with our company's mission and seven core values, based on personal experiences.
  • Commitment to business growth with a sense of ownership.

  • Experience in handling consulting services, systems, or similar solutions. We welcome those who have handled both tangible and intangible products with high complexity, where they have listened to customer challenges, made proposals, and delivered results.
  • Experience in business with large enterprises. We welcome those who have a deep understanding of the organizational structure and decision-making process of target companies and have experience following through the decision-making flow.
  • Experience in launching a business.
  • Experience with SaaS services.
  • Experience using SPEEDA.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
