Inspection/Housekeeping

Wayfarer is a tech-driven hospitality startup brand rapidly expanding its team. Currently, we have 12 hotel locations in Kyoto and Osaka across three cornerstone brands: Wayfarer, ORI, and Kabin.

We're not like most companies. We're direct talkers and look for outside the box critical thinkers. We have an international team represented by over 12 nationalities; you will work in an environment primarily in English and Japanese.

Duties:

• Conduct room cleaning of hotel rooms and public areas.
• Conduct regular room maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Communicate with the team members including the Front Desk Team to ensure the rooms are ready for guests.
• Prepare and organize housekeeping and inspection supplies, amenities and linens
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and amenities.
• Ensure that all amenities are properly stocked, maintained, and presented to guests.
• Report to the team members including Front Desk Team when repairs are needed.
