Who is Wayfarer?

Wayfarer is an innovative hotel operations and travel startup in Japan. Founded in late 2019, we manage over 400 rooms across our three brands: Wayfarer, Kabin, and ORI.

Our vision as a company is to brighten life for the next generation of everyday travelers. This means we build products that expand beyond just a place to stay; we connect travelers to the local community so they can discover more authentic experiences and explore IRL.

Duties:

• Conduct room cleaning of hotel rooms and public areas.
• Conduct regular room maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Communicate with the team members including the Front Desk Team to ensure the rooms are ready for guests.
• Prepare and organize housekeeping and inspection supplies, amenities and linens
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and amenities.
• Ensure that all amenities are properly stocked, maintained, and presented to guests.
• Report to the team members including Front Desk Team when repairs are needed.
